“I'll start FROM the LEAST STAR I gave, I did so because the place is so dark and closed in, inside basically I felt cramped, and the lighting is bad.
Then there's the service, the young lady who gave my pickup order, had a matter of fact attitude, no smile, no thank you, no eye contact. It like if she couldve said, HERE, TAKE THIS AND GET OUT, she would have., just asked my name,pulled up the receipt, got the food and I said Thank you, with No response 🙄.
Then there's the food...I order a regular personal pan pepperoni, no extra cheese and all that. But maybe I SHOULD HAVE, because there was basically no cheese, SHOULD'VE checked it before I left but I didn't have time. It was like the thing that holds the.cheese was basically out of cheese so I got what was left and thats it. I made my order online and my SPECIFICATIONS was, LIGHT SAUCE, I have GERD and ACID REFLUX so I cant have all the sauce., but when I tell you they CANT READY in there or just DONT CARE, kinda doing a ROUTINE pizza so they didn't pay attention, OR it Was Someone Else's order,IDK, bit it was a mess.
IF...OMY back I would've had time to Stop I WOULD HAVE, but I didn't. Now im Not gonna to write them off just yet, God whose perfect gives us IMPERFECT People more than a second chance, so I Will there again. Maybe everybody in there was having a bad Day. IF NOT, I WILL be UPDATING this Post After I return there.“

“I always like going to little Ceasars. The food Is always fresh. The only thing is I wish Is that they let you know that the food Is going to take some time tobe done. They tell you it's going to be 10 minutes but it literally takes way more than 10 minutes. But overall good food.“

My previous experience with them wasn't the best. So I was happy to receive a calzone made to perfection. The kiddo got a pizza. I didn't get to snap any pictures of it, because he ate it so fast. “Wow. I ordered pizza and a salad through Uber Eats. Unbelievably good pizza. Generous toppings and cooked to perfection. Great flavor throughout. The salad was great. Delivery was on time and the driver was courteous. Will definitely eat here again next time I am in town.“

“During our last visit, they made a pepperoni pizza instead of stuffed pepperoni bread as listed on the receipt. My husband went in and pointed it out. In less than 9 minutes, we had the stuffed bread and we also kept the pizza!!
We loved this store and their staff. Always friendly and upbeat.“

“Had a group of 50 highschoolers complete a community service project. They asked for Papa John's pizza as their prize! I called several and two locations were so rude and not willing to help. I called this location FIRST try...Eric Collins was so HELPFUL and EFFICIENT. I hope someone gives this man a raise. He made the transaction effortless, smooth, and top notch customer service. Eric if you read this you just made one mom so proud that you care about students and the schools in our parish. I appreciate you more than you know! “We have ordered from this particular location at least once every two weeks for the last ten years and can only remember one instance where it wasn’t superb. That’’s pretty good stats… Felt it time to give a rave … Tney have even sent codes for free pizzas because they think they took too long to deliver, and we did not even notice … So much more reliable than the Zachary Pizza Hut. Love Pizza Hut but NEVER order there because I know Papa John’s will be done on time and correctly. The picture below is the 6.99 deal , where you buy one item and get another for 6.99. No extras … pretty impressive for a 6.99 pizza …“

“We stopped for gas, snacks and the bathroom. The bathroom was clean. The gas does have 10% ethanol which was very disappointing. The station across the road has ethanol free gas. Saw this after I had fueled up. Anyway, the store clerks were very friendly. The snacks were good. The location is convenient. Only complaint is the ethanol gas.“

“I went thru the drive-thru. There was no one else in line. After I paid they told me to pull up to the front to wait for the food and they would bring it out to me. I waited 22 minutes amd still had to go in to see what the delay was. My food was sitting on the counter. Who knows how long it had been there but it was still hot so I just took it and left. This store needs to step it up“

“The food was good and the service was great. My only concern really was the woman servers and their booty shorts that didn't leave much for the imagination. It's distasteful! As a father of 4 adult girls, I was very bothered by this. Especially as they move about the lustful eyes of many were on them. For the sake of these very beautiful girls, I hope management fixes this!“
