We love Lit pizza, but the Denham springs, La location can NEVER get the online order correct in the evenings. About 4 of us order several times online and every single time one or more of the pizza’s are incorrect. It makes us not want to order out, which we do often as we work evening shifts.
Thank you to the customer who helped start my mom’s car! Don’t know his name, but a what a nice act of kindness he showed us. Also the pizza was indeed lit.
Great experience with Lit pizza after calling to report that my last pizza had skimpy toppings! Owen-Shift Lead (interim manager) said that he would make my pizzas himself!! Owen was very nice, professional, helpful, and understanding. Also spoke w/Kelsie-Regional Manager to compliment Owen. Kelsie was awesome & understanding as well!
