I was a first timer trying LitPizza I loved the positive energy the young man had when making my pizza. All the ingredients were fresh and the pice is very fair for the awesome pizza you receive. I absolutely loved it Highly recommended A+++++

Had Get Lit and added toppings and a Supreme and added toppings and they were both missing sausage and had mozzarella only in spots on the pizza . It took 1 1/2 hours to get the pizzas delivered and they were very cold and chalkboard stiff. I attempted to call the restaurant four or five times to talk to a manager but no one ever answered the phone.

I have had Lit a few times, and my experiences have been mixed, but consistently, I just don't think the pizzas get cooked long enough. I came in on a Saturday night, and there were about 5 people in front of me, so I had a little time to choose what I wanted. I went back and forth between building my own and doing one of their signatures, so I chose theirs, and I ordered the Easy Caprese. Service was 4/5, although it was very difficult to hear them in there. The poor employee had to repeat himself a few times, but the noise bounces around and it's just difficult. It was great to see him patiently training someone who seemed to be a little newer. The value was great - under $10 for a craft pizza. It only took about 10 minutes and I was out the door. I got home, and, as with just about any Lit pizza, the crust didn't seem to be cooked all the way through and the cheese didn't really even melt. Each slice was fairly cold and the crust just flopped over. The toppings don't stay on the pizza, so it's a real mess. They over did the minced garlic on this one, and there were nearly clove sized chunks throughout. The crust also tasted doughy. I know the pizzas are really just flash cooked, so I guess this is what they're going for. I'd probably rate the pizza right about a 2/5. This isn't the first time this has happened - my friends ordered a couple for movie night and it was the same issue with the super thin dough. I guess with fast food pizza, this is the experience to expect, but I'm not sure Lit will be in my rotation anymore.

$4.50 extra for a 10" cauliflower crust that's actually only 8.5" If it wasn't advertised as a 10", I wouldn't care but it's just really false advertising and a rip-off. And no it doesn't shrink during cooking; that's not how cauliflower works. But it does taste good. Also, dirty bathrooms and they don't respond to email complaints.Tonight's service wasn't as good as it normally is. Felt overly rushed by 1 employee who kept taking over for, what I assume were, trainees rather than just letting them learn to do the job. It just came across rude and confusing.

Similar to MOD pizza. It seems like lessor quality most likely it was the flimsy crust that I didn't care for.
