“Usually I do not post if I had a negative review. But today's experience at DS was bad on multiple levels. We were not informed of the extra charge if we order specific sides with our combo nor was it listed anywhere on the menu. To our surprize that side came out so dry and SO little! There was no ice in their drinks' machine, their fountain drinks were flat AND my husband's chicken pieces were RED raw in the middle.🫣 I liked the crunch of the batter and their house sauce was good too. But for these prices I expected more than undercooked chicken and dry sides.. Might give it another shot if thwy improve their recipes and train the employees better.“

If a.mistake is made the all.work as a.team to.fix it. And keep.the guest happy amd engaged during it. I will be back every Friday if possible I also door dash they see me alot“

“The food is really delicious. For the price, I was expecting small portions. This came out as a double meal for me. I'd definitely go back. The only reason for 3 stars is the wait time. I didn't know what to expect as the communication on that wasn't told to me. But next time, I'd expect it. Thank yall!
Oh and the cookies was fresh and hot. So soft too. Just how I love'em!

“WTF did this place just do? I walked into order a blackened shrimp alfredo tuber. It's advertised as $12.95. The guy tried to add on an extra dollar then tried to charge me almost $3 for water. Not a bottled water. Just regular old water I get it for free everywhere. I told the guy that I would either go without a drink or just get water from the fountain drink like usual and he told me that he couldn't take it off the register so I would have to pay $18 for my $12.95 tuber. Seriously? Does that mean his register is still locked up because I just walked out of the store and immediately got in my car to write this review? I don't know if he was being lazy, stupid, or intentionally being a jerk. This is the most absurd thing I've experienced in quite a while. Who the hell can't get in their register and remove a drink that they shouldn't have added in the first place? They literally compromised my sale and let me walk right out the door because they were too stupid to adjust the register. I think this will be my last time going here. They can't seem to find good help. It's been this way off and on for quite a while, but I've never had to face this much stupidity at one time. I'll say it again... the guy tried to charge me $18 for a $12.95 tuber then told me that he couldn't remove the drink charge off of the order.“

“First time we have ordered from here since I worked at the Superstore on Range Ave years ago. We ordered cheeseburger combo and a fried chicken poboy combo with fries and onion rings. The food was delicious and the owner and staff were all so friendly and courteous. We will be back to dine here again.“
