My daughter had buffalo wings and they were good jus didn’t have enough sauce and the lil it did have was watery and spilled out the box on the napkins and the Poboy box but the fries were seasoned real good they were awesome. I liked the fries a lot I will order from them again because overall the food was good.“

Not heavy on the grease at all! The batter was light and crispy and not too salty (like other popular fast food seafood chains). Highly recommend! “Went to Cork's for Mother's Day supper...YUM 😋! It was the best tasting, crispy, freshest fried seafood around! The fries were hot, crisp and awesome, too! Cork's is right up there with top notch restaurants, but at much less the cost. The staff was extremely friendly and the venue was neat.We will be back...OFTEN! ♥“

“The workers were outside of Micheal’s today offering plates to promote their restaurant. Honestly, this was the BEST shrimp fried rice I’ve ever had, and I eat SFR a lot!! The chicken was crispy, juicy and flavorful as well! I’ll definitely be driving over to Fl Blvd to pay them a visit. Super nice people as well which is a huge one for me 😊“

“I was greeted by Lady J. They make really fantastic grilled shrimp dinner plates and po-boys. The bread is fresh and soft for a well dressed sandwich. The garlic bread was great with the plate combo. Great service with a smile. Will be back when passing through Baton Rouge. Conveniently located across the Museum of Fine Arts.“

“This place is a MUST for a Cajun food stop!I got the fish platter and a side of onion rings. Their steak fries are delicious & seasoned, the fish has a unique, more flaky batter, and the onion rings will make you slap your mama right there.
The seasoning on all is spot-on for Cajun food- VERY flavorful, and leaves a little kick in your mouth afterward.
Hubby got a cup of crawfish etoufee and loved it. I think we could’ve ordered anything and loved it.
Not a fancy restaurant, but perfect for family, casual date night, or a gathering of friends. They even have an outdoor porch eating area.

“I have fallen in love with this place. My favorite is the boiled turkey wings. They are deliciously flavored from the skin to the bone. Everything on the menu is great and cooked to order. The service is fast and friendly.
I ordered a tray of fried Turkey wings and a tray of boiled turkey wings for Thanksgiving...my family loved it!“

High quality steak, cooked right, seasoned well, and at a solid price. We had two cocktails each, an appetizer of tamales, which were awesome, two wedge salads, and shared a 2 lb porterhouse. She was a big’n.

Dinner also came with fried bread that was ridiculously good. The total bill was $175, which feels like it would be closer to $300 at most other steakhouses. The vibe was chill too. We sat near the bar and had a great time. Good wine selections and prices.

“Superb Italian food . We stopped driving to New Orleans for Italian when we found Fratelli’s. Owner is excellent at finding a wine to match your dish and your palate at reasonable prices never stops surprising us with wine we have never experienced at reasonable prices.“

“I am giving this a five star review with a few notes. First of all, this is the best food that I’ve had while I was in Baton Rouge. This town and I did not get along well as I am from a big city and there are plenty of food options and a lot of the places here just do not deliver quality food in restaurant or through DoorDash. I had all butt lost hope. Being in Louisiana for my first time, I really wanted to try to get the experience so I decided to order from Jack’s. I ordered the donuts, the Boudin balls, the catfish, the shrimp and the shrimp fried rice. I thought the boot and balls were going to be sausage so I was a little disappointed about that as I’m not a big fan of shrimp normally unless it’s fried, but these were good they had a seasoning that I can’t quite place and it wasn’t my favorite, but that is not the fault of the restaurants. I know something now that I don’t like and I tried something new. They are really cool concept and I would eat them again prepared a different way. The catfish I have no complaints. It was still hot when I got here. The cornmeal fry on it was crispy, flaky and complemented the melti fish. It was very buttery and seasoned really well. I wish it would’ve come with some sauce as pictured, but may e that’s just something I would’ve had To get from the restaurant in person. The rice oddly enough I think was the highlight of my meal. It was just flavored so well and it was cooked perfectly. I had the perfect amount of chew and was not mushy at all. It was also generously seasoned, which I like and I wish I could take a whole tub of this back home to Feniks. The fried shrimp was tasty as well, but I was really starting to get full so I only had one of them. Again it would’ve been great with like a chipotle aïoli cream sauce or even just some cocktail sauce or tartar. The one disappointment I had in this entire meal, where the donuts I ordered the pack of 20 donuts for 10 bucks, but they were just kind of odd to me. They were fried dough balls, but they didn’t really have any flavor. They came with the powdered sugar that I tossed them in, which helped out a little bit, but the dough itself just really wasn’t giving a lot of flavor. I wonder if a little bit of cinnamon or honey in the dough might help they were terrible. I just think maybe like a drizzle of chocolate, caramel or strawberry would really push these things to another level. I haven’t had a good meal the entire time I’ve been here and have been overpaying for low quality food that I could’ve cooked much better in my own home but when you’re traveling for business, you clearly don’t get that option all the time. Thank you guys for being a solid option through DoorDash. It was worth every penny and it’ll be the first thing I order when I’m back next year.“
