Went for a birthday dinner. They were supposed to seat us together. Instead, they made excuses on why we weren't sat together. When you walk in the doors, it smells like gym socks and pee. The manager pretty much brushed us off. We didnt have silverware. Had to hunt down for napkins and other stuff. And the staff looks more confused than mermaid mans hypocritical ray gun on SpongeBob. We came in party of 6. 2 adults 4 kids. Told it would be less than an hour . Cool we don’t mind. The next party comes in . Hostess must have known them as she came over and spoke to them. They were seated before us. Another party that also came in behind us was aggravated. We sat a little longer until I finally said no this is not okay that a larger party that came jn later was seated . I just started going to Texas Roadhouse and since I’ve been they haven’t disappointed me but today I don’t know what happened. The fries were overcooked and my boneless wings didn’t even have sauce. I was just starting to really like y’all. 🥴 Is there a certain time to go when the food is prepared better than other times? If so, I need to know.
