There was an issue with my delivery. No fault of GAC. The young man I spoke to said he was going to make a call and call me back. And he did. He apologized many times and come to find out had even called corporate. I wish I had his name. I told him I would pick it up. GAC made it beyond "good" . I'm so impressed and so grateful that it was the young man I spoke to. Who not only did what he said he said he would but went above and beyond. My daughter is into Ghostbusters at the moment! I asked if they could make a cake with “Slimer” on it. She googled a pictures and said she could do it! I was fully prepared for a green blob, but she’s 4 so expectations aren’t high. I was blown away with how amazing this came out! I’m going to have a very happy ghostbuster fan tomorrow! Thank you for going above & beyond!!

Super grateful for the wonderful customer service at this location. I inadvertently ordered my sons graduation party cake for the wrong date. Just as I started to panic the man behind the counter who I can only assume was a manger stepped in and agreed to squeeze in our cake to be ready first thing the next day. I've made several mistakes like this since my mom passed away recently so I was so appreciative that they handled it so graciously!
