So I was in town for the holidays and I purchased the buy 5 get one free at least that’s what I thought. I got to my destination and was ready to warm up my cookies to see that one is missing. i would’ve drove back but it was too far. I’m just upset that I wasted my money because my order was not fulfilled to my liking or to what I even purchased. Very upset. Stay clear from here because they move to fast not giving you what you asked for. Very disappointing.

There was an issue with my delivery. No fault of GAC. The young man I spoke to said he was going to make a call and call me back. And he did. He apologized many times and come to find out had even called corporate. I wish I had his name. I told him I would pick it up. GAC made it beyond "good" . I'm so impressed and so grateful that it was the young man I spoke to. Who not only did what he said he said he would but went above and beyond. BTW if this happens to u, being kind and understanding can get u further than acting a fool.

It was usually great when I was in Juban, and the kids wanted some cookies and ice cream, but today, we watched a movie at Movie Tavern and wanted to get some cookies here. I looked on Google maps and saw that they closed at 9. It was currently 8:45, so I decided to drive over and get some cookies. When I pulled up, there was a paper on the door saying,"Sorry we closed at 8!" Through the window, I could see a good group of people just hanging out. They were wearing what looked like the workers usually wear. But they were just sitting and laughing at each other. Instead of actually making money, they decided to just have a get-together? Nope. Probably won't see me back anytime soon. Hope you can fix these problems. It's VERY annoying when you think that you find a place that is actually good, then you see all the problems with it.

My daughter is into Ghostbusters at the moment! I asked if they could make a cake with “Slimer” on it. She googled a pictures and said she could do it! I was fully prepared for a green blob, but she’s 4 so expectations aren’t high. I was blown away with how amazing this came out! I’m going to have a very happy ghostbuster fan tomorrow! Thank you for going above & beyond!!

Super grateful for the wonderful customer service at this location. I inadvertently ordered my sons graduation party cake for the wrong date. Just as I started to panic the man behind the counter who I can only assume was a manger stepped in and agreed to squeeze in our cake to be ready first thing the next day. I've made several mistakes like this since my mom passed away recently so I was so appreciative that they handled it so graciously!

I forgot to post this back in January. This is my son’s bday cake from Great American cookie on Juban. They did not have a template for his favorite video game so they looked at a picture I sent them and it was spot on! Friendly and amazing artists!
Love the designs on their cakes… consistent and great every time!

I will be shopping here again. Walking in the door, I was promptly greeted by all the employees including the ones walking in from the back. This location was 100% CLEAN and maintained.TONS OF OPTIONS16" birthday cookie cake with dinosaur design will cost you about $51 out the door. I couldn't do a better job for the same price. We got a couple of chocolate cookies while we were there, that will run you about $2.50 PC. All were delicious. I do suggest trying this location when you are out and about.See picture of the cake!

lightning mcqueen was supposed to take up the majority of the cake….. idk how the two became large w/grass and him so tiny that you can’t tell who he is really other than a red car….. they heard me saying it’s not what was ordered but they ain’t seem to express any concern. had to take it regardless because it was his birthday & couldn’t just have nothing. i showed examples of everything to the girl who wrote my order down. thought i made it clear.

My son asked for a spider man on the moon birthday cake. I gave them creative control and I’m blown away with the cake! Scotty has always done an amazing job. I would highly recommend paying the extra $5 to give him creative control. I’ve never been disappointed!
