This is one of my favored Arby's in the area. Loved the food and the timely service for a larger order for multiple people about an hour before their closing time. When they first opened, customer service was 5 star. This last visit was a 4.5. They seemed rushed and under staffed but still a great place to eat. Thanks.
This was our last visit here. This location spent all their money on building renovations and can't seem to keep the registers or the shake machines working.

First and last time the lady at the window was rude the food I got is like hard like a rock whenever I passed I feel like I should try it omg just waste of money and time this place is like trash even trash can is better then employe at drive thru. She through the food when I check no sause on it I ask so she was even I can’t express my feelings no hate but that’s was my experience

Well I got to try one of the new arby's burgers that they've been pushing on television and driving me crazy with all their ADS for and it's the most horrid thing I've ever seen absolutely disgusting dripping some kind of sauce looking stuff that has the whole bun saugi called the store to ask about it was treated completely rudely hung up on in my face I will never be there again I will never give arby's another dime of my money good luck with this campaign. Well, that was yesterday. Today it got worse. Now Arby's wants to play games with their customers. Replied to my post with an email to contact to make things better. Takes you to a page full of search results and no instruction as to what to do next. It's only money ( you know, that stuff you're in business to make), I'll just go spend it elsewhere and bet ya they'll be glad to get it. Horrible customer service.

They used to be slow. Out of a lot of stuff. They are better again. They are still doing some renovations to the building. Perhaps staff too. Food was really good. Perhaps a little more work on putting it together. Glad to see you're coming back!

FIX THESE AWFUL FRIES. I understand your establishment doesn't get much business but you're going to lose what little you do get by frying oversized batches of fries in old oil and serving them over several hours. This is so offensively lazy and for 35.00 worth of food (for TWO MEALS) having two cartons of dry old salty stale fries and mid burgers is insulting.We ordered at 11 am on a Saturday; the fries should not taste like they've been sitting at room temp for hours at ELEVEN AM.

I got reallg bad food last Saturday night. I didn’t check it till I got home. Couldn’t find a way to call customer service number. I tried to order through the app after I left my gym at 9:40 but kept getting a message the order would be for tomorrow if placed it then so I drove through the drive through. I had to pull up and wait on fries but I ordered Swiss dip roast beef sandwich. When I got home the roast beef was a dried up dark color on the edges and the cheese was melted and stuck to the brown paper. It looked like the sandwich was old. I spent $13 for a sandwich, fries and a drink. It was awful.
