If I could rate 0, I would. The manager and her team this morning was very rude and disrespectful, she told me you better not get in a car accident when I left. I asked for hot fries and she went off. This has to be the worst Burger King in Denham Springs.

"The Home of the Whooper"...really? How you gonna run out of Whopper buns then? Might as well close the doors. Burger King is not know for their quality so the least they can provide is the quantity. Is there a manager at this store? If so, fire them.

I purchased two of the 8pc nuggets which are $2.49 along with a cheeseburger. After taking my card, the girl at the window went to verify if it was nuggets or chicken fries, which i responded "nuggets" and then i could hear her speaking with the other employees about someone messing up taking the order, and so then she hands me my card and receipt back and then my nuggets and burger. I looked later and sure enough they charged me for chicken fries, which are $3.99 each. Had she admitted that she charged me wrong, i wouldn't have cared. Or i would've gladly taken the chicken fries instead. But they chose to hide it from me and took the choice away from me for me to pay for their mistake or not. This is very dishonest and that's theft.

This has to be the worse location, asking for your food to be fresh and hot is apparently asking for something tooooo difficult. My fries were cold I don’t even know why I came here. My fiery fries were just simply warmed up not fried fresh. This is ridiculous, I’ll never understand why people get in certain fields and don’t want to do their jobs! Management need to be looked at more!
