In my experience, if you're in the drive thru, then you get your food in a few minutes. Curbside - is ready when you show up.
But this range ave location- if you use an app? App takes your money and places your order. Driver is assigned 5 - 15 minutes later, depending on your order. Food should be ready when the drive arrives.
Watch the app, about- food didn't start cooking yet or is not ready yet and it's another 10-25 minutes after the driver arrives at the door before the food, that you paid for, is ready.
As a disabled veteran and Christian, when my time and money are disrespected repeatedly, i take my business elsewhere.
This is so others know that they are not the only one who has problems with this store.

Came here on march 24th at 10am while it was raining & they have the only black guy in the rain while it’s pouring down hard taking money, when I told the manger & the ladies in the front about that’s not ok, they laughed & the manger said he is trying to focus!! That’s so unacceptable!!!! I will be calling this in to higher up

Went through the drive through and some kids and there parents were telling people there food is free if they mention ignight camp but when you get the the order area it was a lie. The manager came and explained they we were lied to.

I'm a doordasher. This store DOES NOT watch their delivery orders and the orders get stolen. They have 0 communication when trying to rectify the issue. I sat in the little to-go section for nearly 40 minutes waiting for an update and all they kept doing was looking at me and continued talking to each other. After confirming with my customer that the order wasn't delivered, I attempted to get the order remade myself by showing them the order I the app but they refused to remake it unless it was sent back through to doordash. While they look like they're having a fun time, their customer service and communication is lacking. I pride myself in my dasher metrics and over 5000 lifetime deliveries, I take my job seriously. Not everyone is scaming and to treat me as such was honestly so rude and disrespectful. Doordash contacted this store 2 times during the interaction. Spend a little gas and go to the Chick-fil-A on Millerville. This store is worse than the one off Seigen.

The food was amazing besides the milkshakes. I got a chocolate milkshake and it was good until I felt something solid I'm my mouth. It was something chewy so I spit it out onto a napkin and it looks like some kind of meat maybe if so it was raw. I have pictures but don't know how to post them.
We ordered Uber Eats after seeing the commercials for the Pimento Chicken sandwich. When we open our meals the Pimento was very thinnly spread to the point of being missing. All the commercials and photos of this on TV and websites show a layer of Pimento. We were very disappointed and will not do this again.
