I ordered the 6-oz steak dinner with broccoli and a Caesar salad. I paid $23 for barely any food at all about four or five pieces of broccoli and probably the smallest steak I've ever had. Definitely did not get my money's worth and will not order that again. Very disappointed in the amount of food that I got for the price that I paid. Me & my girlfriend are always eating at chilli’s. Unfortunately at this location the energy was very off putting and awkward. We arrived before the doors open we grabbed their lunch special.Our food was steaming hot and delectable. The issue came when they were getting a little busy & I felt like we were being scurried out by the staff due to the fact they felt like we we’re finished and they needed tables.Just wasn’t personable and welcoming. I would not be eating here again at this location.

First and foremost, our server was fantastic. Thats the extent of the positive part of our visit. We watched people come in after us and recieve their orders before us. We waited over an hour for our food and when we received it, the food was lukewarm. My daughter had oranges with her meal and they were room temperature from sitting under a heat lamp. For an uneventful Thursday evening, it was subpar. If you want a meal in a timely fashion, seek another establishment.

Food took nearly two hours to come out of the kitchen. When served, it was all just room temp. Nothing was hot or fresh. The server was GREAT. Very attentive and kind. The hostest was standoff-ish...almost to the point of being rude. She tossed our menus on the table and just kept walking. Never looked up/never looked back. Didn't say a word. It will be a very long time before I visit another Chili's and I'm not likely to return to this location at all.

If you want to have some beers with your friends, DO NOT go to this place, I repeat DO NOT go to this place!!!!!! My husband and I went last night with a couple of friends to share and eat for a couple of hours, every time we placed an order for beers the girl who served us told us why we drank so fast and because we ordered more beers ?♀️ we thought She was joking but then we realized she was serious! Around 9 pm we were waiting for our food and a few minutes before we had ordered two beers and the girl never brought our order, when we asked her the question she answered the following: we can't sell you more beers, you have to eat first to be able to bring her beers, she said the manager had said that, we asked to speak to the manager and he never came to our table! We will never return to this place, it was a lack of respect and an unpleasant situation, we have been living in Denham for around 10 years and we have never experienced a situation as unpleasant as in this place! I do not recommend it! go to other restaurants, in Denham we have other places where they are friendlier and you can have a good time with your friends !!!!! ?????????????

Several hours ago, I ordered through Ubereats: A 32 count bone-in wing. Half Mango Habenaro and the other half being Honey BBQ. First of all, the togo specialist did not even notice that instead of being Honey BBQ on the other half, it was Nashville hot sauce. I know that this was a careless food preparation given Nashville looks nothing like BBQ. Second, being an ex-chillihead, I know what old wings look like that have been kept close to the line warmer before being dressed. Thirdly, I could have let this all go until my girlfriend got excruciating stomach pains after eating just a FEW of the 32 count within around half an hour. The time is 11:36pm and my girlfriend is still experiencing stomach pains and is now vomiting. Please make sure the togo specialist are being attentive and treating everyone's food like they would want theirs to be. Awful experience.
