The lady who took my order was very kind but mislead me on my order. I asked if the Szechuan chicken was spicy and she told me 3 times that it’s very spicy and seasoned. But when I got the food it was very sweet and mushy? Definitely wasted time and money. I even ordered the same dish somewhere else and it was amazing so unfortunately I will not be back to this place. It looks good but doesn’t taste as good

I tipped on one order. Hardly any chicken with the combo Kung Pao Chicken. Chicken is literally in the name! What chicken I did get was slimy.. Might as well say it was vegetable rice. From out of town. Will not return.

Very disappointed. This place is usually very solid and I've never had an issue with the quality of food until today. The service from the staff is always good and the owner is always very nice. So it saddens me that I have to leave this review.

Ordered the orange chicken with vegetable lo mein, egg drop soup, and rangoons for my daughter and I. The orange chicken tasted like the cheap frozen pre-made stuff you would find at Walmart. Unlike the large juicy chunks of chicken breast that I usually get, they were hard round balls with the texture and consistency of the processed Great Value variety you would find at Walmart. The egg drop soup tasted like water. No salt. No flavor at all. Probably the worst egg drop soup I've ever had. The lo mein was okay. Just noodles with very little vegetables.

I'm actually very shocked by how terrible the food was. Not sure what happened. Maybe the costs of preparing quality food has become too high. But it's obvious that they have started cutting corners. This was my go to Chinese restaurant. Like I stated before, I've never had an issue with the quality of the food until now. I really hope that they read this review and make some changes, or they'll lose more business than just mine.

We were excited to find an Asian restaurant using the Find Gluten Free near me. Sadly the staff was unable to me what gluten free options were available so we had to leave.

I'm really surprised at the rating. Because this is definitely not a 4.4 restaurant. The wonton soup and egg roll were ok. And so were the boneless ribs. The rice was not horrible, but it was good either. It was bland, and it was supposed to be pork fried rice, but it didn't have pork in it, and the rice seemed to be more steamed than fried. I would recommend this place if you did want the rice. Other than that, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. The people giving this place five stars are doing so because they have so few Chinese restaurants to compare it to in Livingston Parish, compared to Baton Rouge or especially NOLA. I get that flavor is different from person to person. But you can tell when something is cooked well or not. The secret to great fried rice (and why people.can't make it at home as good) is super high heat that you can only get from the right type of gas stove. The rice here tastes like it was cooked on a regular electric range. All of our food was barely even average. Everything inside looks sad and dated. We won't ever be going back.
