We live in Alaska, but visit family in Denham Springs and Watson area. We never fail to stop by when in the area. Deer burritos, boudin balls and almost everything else is delicious. Don't forget about the cracklings. Fly into New Orleans on the fourth of next month and will be stopping in for good food.

Day’s food is delicious! The boudin king cakes are phenomenal. Deer burritos, boudin balls, pork chops, chicken, all amazing. We love stopping by and trying something new. We’ve also had deer processed. Great job! Can’t wait for the next batch!

I heard all the rant about their boudin balls and hog crackling so I decided to give them a try. The first plain boudin ball I took out of the bag must have broken open when they fried it because it was full of oil and tasted horrible. The other two were just ok. I could tell they had been sitting under the heat lamp quite some time. The pepper jack cheese boudin ball was good. The hog crackling were not very good but the chicken crackling was good. So that's my experience, just ok.
The woman was being rude charged me 8 dollars for tax then didn't even give me the right fod I e never had this problem with days but today was not okay I won't be going back oh yeah and she wouldn't give me my receipt how was 5 boudin balls and 2 pepper jack balls over $22
