Shocked!! Called for the first time to just make sure they are open at 12:00. My husband goes faithfully and we have never called. I have never even been there !! The man answered, I very happily said what time do you close is it 12:00 or 1:00? The man was crazy rude and said why you call but don’t come. I said I am sorry we have never called! He then spit cuss words that was shocking and hung up. I then called from my husband’s phone and he answered!?? I said sir. Very nicely I just called to make sure you will be open until 11:00 , he lost it and hung up! Yea enjoy the money buddy you have gotten from us!! Never ever again!! Done!

So far I have only had their donut holes and homemade caramel iced coffee, but OH MY! They are amazing! The donut holes are not as sweet as other places which I like and the iced coffee! Chef’s kiss! He asked if it was my first time there and I said it was, so he asked if I would try the coffee while I was there. So much better than what I make at home, SB, and PJ’s. Only thing that could make it better would be sugar free flavors for the coffee, but it’s not an everyday thing. Not too sweet either. Perfect balance with the donut holes! Next, I want to try the blueberry glazed donut! Might even see if they can cater my daughter’s 4th birthday in March!

This is only my third visit and the asian lady at the front counter has caused them to lose my business. I will not be rushed to make a decision, by yelling “What you want!?”, when I’m the only customer in the place. She could learn a thing or to about how to treat customers from the Family Donuts staff. I will drive across Denham to go there from now on!
