Horrible the manager said she gave me a $20 food credit for having to wait so long and from my food being wrong, the next time I went no one was able to find the credit and I contacted the customer service email and NO ONE got back with me! Horrible!

It's been over 6 month since we ordered pizza from here because last time it was cold. Ordered again tonight and once again it is cold. This store is 1.4 miles from our house. Your driver is taking too many orders per run..... really wish yall could get it together.. we also waited over 2 hours... we wouldn't have minded the wait if it could at least be warm..

So tonight, I order from my dominos as usual when I am in a scramble for dinner. I noticed that the delivery time was at least an hour but no worries- I understand. Well, it got a little later than normal and got worried. When I checked google, they were BUSY. Slammed- honestly I’m surprised I got my order as fast as I did (extra 30 mins tacked on). But you know what was the best part? My order was SPOT ON. The extra cheese on my pizza? Double check that. My sandwiches and my stuffed cheesy bread? Still hot and melty when it got to me. I wanna give a special shout out to the late night/closing crew tonight. Y’all did fantastic. It can be a struggling working on a night of an unexpected rush, but y’all nailed it. This dominos always nails my order, but this crew needs to be noticed. Thanks guys!

Very poor experience with this Dominos location. Apart from them not following detailed instructions for delivery.. they failed to deliver in a timely manner, approximately 30 minutes later than specified. We ordered a Chicken Alfredo Pastabowl and found that there was 0 chicken added to the order, just pasta and sauce!
I am very disappointed with this order. This location needs major changes and re-training. I will not be ordering from here again.
I like to get a place when I call a place. Being transferred to a corporate line to take an order when you're a quarter mile away not only is a waste of time it was a waste of money because the order was wrong so don't let me call other anonymous locations hundreds of miles away when my pizza is next door being screwed up. The price was higher than it was quoted online also even though the lady in whatever state who took the order said she gave the coupon price

I really like this location, although I believe they need an upgrade in management because I walked in on a few occasions and didn’t really think that I was at a professional franchise, but they seem to do the best they can since it’s the only location in this area
