This is for Express Bowl in DenhamIt’s ridiculous the way yall handled that couple Saturday 3/16/2024. Y’all are racist and for yall to refer to them as you people OMG, and Blame the manager because your employee fed off of your horrible energy and he took it to the extreme it’s very SAD BUT racism is taught so I blame your parents but I hope those people and NO BLACK person ever come there again I’m thinking about taking this further

Love this place quick healthy meal.

Me and my bf come to this place often and we absolutely love it. The service is usually great however the last time we went it was horrible. We aren’t from the area so we stopped by about 10 minutes before they closed without knowing. (Had we have known we wouldn’t have stopped) The guy who took care of us was extremely rude and started off our order by saying “ Can you cut it short ?” And just rushed us and rolled his eyes his entire time serving us. We understand it was an inconvenient time for us to come in (ofc we tipped), but at the end of the day you’re still on the clock and you still have to serve us until you guys close. In return our food was extremely salty which I think is just childish.

Started coming here a while. Even got free bowls since we came so often. Had a free bowl and they refused to honor it. I pay way too much money here. $60 every damn time I come in here. Never again. They can keep their mediocre bowls and screw over other

We will never spend our money here ever again! I was refused my free bowl because they wanted to give me what they wanted me to have instead of doing the right thing and letting me choose. My husband was charged extra for 2 pieces of onion. We only like a few vegetables there and when we choose 2 we ask to just double it for the 4 and they charged us for it. Every time we went we would spend $60 on 2 large bowls with extra noodle and an order of dumplings. How is that $60? Most of the workers are high on God knows what. Don’t even get me started on the men with long hair not being contained cooking folks food. After the way we was treated today I will make sure every place I can review I will rate horrible service! People pay way too much here for how these folks charge and treat their customers. Well not us anymore. The more I’ve came here I’ve realized the business is dropping. The ratings are dropping and management is going to let this business go under cause they don’t care! Well, good luck to y’all. You just lost my entire family. Most of the time we’ve brought our son and his gf and drop $100 easy. Not anymore!
