I picked up 5lbs, they were peelers at best. 5lbs for 53.00 dollars, i don't think so, should have known better. Taste was good, but not worth it. Won't be back

Great service- great front end staff. But when I got home, my meal was missing the crawfish fried rice I payed extra for. More than likely won’t be back here and this was my first time trying this place. We payed almost $60 total for the order to not even be correct, and it was correct on the receipt so front end did their part.

The moment our party of 12 walked in the door, we had problems. We were first told there would be an hour wait. When another server offered a different solution, the manager said no. When we offered a different solution, the manager also told us no. My mother in law went to the bathroom, which was not very clean. When we finally got to the table that they put together, the original server we were supposed to get got switched. The second server we had couldn't keep any of the orders straight. We then ordered our food. Our drinks were never refilled properly. The server had to ask if we needed refills, instead of anticipating the refills. 8 of our guests had the boil in a bag. The server could not remember nor could she read the order to know who to give what platter. Upon opening the bags, all of them had no potatoes. They brought some out unseasoned. The 2 guest that got the grilled food was cool. It had been left sitting while the other food was being prepared. The guest that got the fried shrimp was very rubbery and overcooked. We then asked for extra silverware, which was never provided. My husband was unable to finish his food because it was too salty and over seasoned. When we got the checked the gratuity was already added since it was a big party. (18%) When we were finished, we then had to go up to the register to pay. When I paid in cash, the manager asked if I wanted my change. I told her yes since there was already gratuity added to my bill. 2 bills in my party was also mixed up. I am from out of town (south Carolina) and I have never been treated this poorly. We also were eating her because it was my niece's sweet 16 birthday. Thank you for your time. I hope in the future you can train your staff better.

edit to update: i recommend loactions otger than this one.after talking to someone at corporate they acknowledged this manager and her development opportunities needs to be addressed. they did resolve the situation at the corporate level. We went there tonight for my daughters 16th birthday. there were 13 of us and we were fine with the 1 hour wait. There was an older man working there that stayed he could get us set in about 15. when he said something the the female manager about it, she told him NO that she already told us an hour. he was very he was visibly upset as we're supposed to be his table. We waited our time to be sat. the server came and took our order and when they came, she didn't remember who ordered what, (13 person party it happens). refill time on drinks count remember who was drinking what. none of our orders had their potatoes in them. they did bring us a plate of potatoes after we pointed it out. asked for silverware three times , it never came. so I minded my business and when it came time to pay, our drink orders were messed up and on each other's bills. I politely asked for the corporate number, telling her it was nothing against her , just the experience as a whole. she asked me what was wrong with the service. she went to get the manager, at this point I went outside. the manager came to the table very abruptly asked "what's the problem". when the tables explained she stated we got out potatoes. took one of the cash paying people and had the nerve to ask if they wanted their change. no apologies, no offers to do anything to amend any of the mistakes. and that's fine. it was the VERY NASTY demeanor she had when addressing the issues. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN AND I SHOULDVE WAITED THE HOUR HALF AT SEIGEN. That one is where we usually go and ran way better. I half expect a nasty reply to this. Also they were supposed to give my 16 yr old some beignets, but those never got brought either. easily a $300+ 13top.

Wow so glad to read that the customers of this restaurant appreciate that there is a drive thru at this Fiery Crab location. And the food is great! You know what is not great? The fact that they did not pay my company, ESS Inc for their drive thru headset system at all. They totally stiffed us! Even worse they ordered another system at the same time for their Hammond store and did not pay for it either. We have contacted them over and over again and they claim they sent payment but have never provided any proof or have sent any $$ when obviously they are doing well and benefiting greatly from what we provided them. Shame on the owners of this restaurant for screwing over a small business! I will be happy to delete or edit this review if only they would do what they said they would do and pay us in full.

This location was horrible and I’m at fiery crab at least once a week in Baton Rouge the grease needed to be changed the sauce taste like straight liquid crab oil no flavor at all. I’m very disappointed I will stick with the other location

HORRIBLE !!! My 15 year old daughter ordered this DoorDash a bug was found in the bag && NO SAUCE WAS ON THE SEAFOOD ! I wouldn’t recommend this trash ANYONE. They never have business this is the worst fiery crab EVER !!

Food is good although it has a slightly different zing to the spice everything. Guess that's do to different chefs or maybe the shifts of workers. All around good place to dine if you lady enjoys seafood with atmosphere Siegan lane, Baton rouge, LA..

Every Sunday, I have lunch with my dad. He's a big seafood fan, I could take it or leave it. We ordered the meal for two, regular heat, and it was very, VERY salty. I don't mind salt at all, so it was not inedible, but he declined to take any leftovers home, and we haven't been back since.

We didn't have any problems with service. It wasn't busy that morning; we arrived when the establishment opened. We didn't have to wait long, and the order was correct, the waitress got a nice tip, and the food itself seemed fresh. It was just that salt overload that messed everything up for us. Apart from that, I think this would have been a very enjoyable dining experience.
