Greeted by a chorus of welcome to Firehouse Subs. The person who took my order was very friendly and helpful. I believe he is new to Firehouse because another employee reminded him in a respectful manner to clarify if I wanted the Smokinā BBQ Triple Classic or the Carolina Gold version. I hadnāt noticed the difference even though the Carolina Gold says āNEWā.
They explained the difference and I chose the Smokinā BBQ Triple Carolina Gold. Oh so good!
What I appreciated most was they didnāt just plug in the Combo. Instead they asked if I wanted it. Too many places automatically set your order for the Combo to increase profits.

The wife and I get firehouse subs anytime we can while on the road, we are OTA truck drivers and its difficult to find a firehouse sub. Our host and lady who prepared our subs Manny, was not only polite but she made mine and my wife's perfectly! They tasted amazing and very filling! She was on her own and she took care of us and the rest of the customers who were in there. She absolutely deserves all the credit! If we come back to that area will most definitely be back! So, if you modify a sandwich on the app, then change the size of the sandwich, apparently the app will remove all your modifications and not notify you. So when you go to the store and pick up your incorrect item, they tell you too bad, they wonāt fix the incorrect item because the receipt is correct. I should not have to be a master of you poorly designed app to get the food that I paid for. You lost a customer.

Every time I go to this location thereās trash everywhere, drink machines filthy, trash piled so high you canāt see the back door, and bathrooms a mess. Today the girl making the sandwiches had a whole lobby waiting for food while sheās talking to her friend about her weekend. And we didnāt find out they were out of all pickles until we got our food. Wouldāve been nice to know when we ordered. I regret it every time I give this location my business.

the food was awful. I got 2 different sandwiches tonight and both were just terrible. Both were the expensive specialty sandwhiches.
One wasn't even remotely what I ordered. It was missing multiple components and it had pretty raw bacon on it. Also both were smothered in mayo for some reason. To the the point that both sandwiches were tough to eat. What a waste of 30 dollars. Save yourself the time.

I used to love this firehouse but it has gone downhill! They brought my sandwich to the wrong person and then proceeded to make all the orders behind me before they made me a new one. When I finally got the new one it had mayo, when I specified multiple times no mayo. I gave up after this attempt to get a sandwich.
