On 11/12/24, we placed a large to go order for the radiology department at ochsner on Oneal. When I got back to the department, I realized we were missing one sandwich. I called Firehouse subs and explained that we were missing one sandwich but I couldn’t leave again. Firehouse subs sent one of their employees to personally deliver it to me at work! I really appreciate them going above and beyond to make things right! We will definitely be back!

Not only are the subs huge and fantastic. The bread is amazing but it benefits the fire fighters and that is the cherry on top. I love the first responders and they don't get enough praise for what they do.Keep up the great work.

Great subs. Will not go anywhere else for subs. Brought sister there for birthday and she won't get a sub anywhere else either. Can highly recommend hook and ladder. Got recommended by someone from Canada.

Parking: Depends on time of day. Restaurant next door is also popular.
