Employees are not wearing gloves to prepare and serve the food. I watched an employee making pizza and putting pepperoni on top of the pizza with their bare hands and then the same employee went and answered a cell phone with pepperoni and the other hand and then came back and put it on the pizza to cook. I talked to the manager about this, and he looked over at the person and did nothing about it

Family fun. Good price and good pizza. People are always nice. Management is always on top of things. Even young people cleaning tables are polite and helpful. Leave these future American leaders a tip under my plate every time. Food prepared in sight of customer. Always a good thing to me.

It has a huge variety of different pizza, but the presentation isn't the best. You serve yourself, so the only person that actually waits on you is the one that rings you up. You get your own refills and everything. The place isn't kept up and tidy as I feel a restaurant should be. My children love it, so i will be going back. Also, there is a small salad bar that ain't too bad. If you enter the restaurant you HAVE to buy a buffet even if you aren't eating or you won't be allowed in, that part is crazy as hell to me.
Kid-friendliness: It has an arcade inside connected to the restaurant, you don't have to choose to do it..but it is an option.

I will not be ordering from Gatti's anymore. I've tried. They got better but are now back to sending out the skimpy bar pizzas for a $17 meat market. I wish I would have looked in the box before pulling off. Ridiculous, because I asked for a meaty pizza. I'm disappointed. My husband and I have been driving to Lafayette to eat at Pizza Village. That's 70 miles from Baton Rouge. Well worth the trip to get a tasty, meaty pizza as requested. ?
The manager Karen was so polite when I paid for my order, I wanted to wait in my car and she told me I didn’t have to come back in to pick my pizza up, to just drive around to the pick up window! Thanks for making my tough day better!! Karen had the best customer service, super personable! Also Gattis pizza is literally the best.
