Kyler, the teen working the toy counter, delivered absolutely outstanding customer service — a true 10/10. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly with my 7-year-old daughter, who had more prize points than she knew what to do with. Kyler took the time to guide her through her options without rushing her or making her feel overwhelmed.
We’ve been coming here for years, and I can honestly say we’ve never had anyone at the arcade be as kind and attentive as Kyler....
Family fun. Good price and good pizza. People are always nice. Management is always on top of things. Even young people cleaning tables are polite and helpful. Leave these future American leaders a tip under my plate every time. Food prepared in sight of customer. Always a good thing to me.
