Best cookies & ice cream. They definitely beat Crumble in my opinion.

3rd time I’ve came inside. No greeting , several people sitting behind the counter and don’t acknowledge you . Today stood in line waiting as no one came to assist any of use. Left without getting anything . Need better customer service asap.

I am reaching out to express my frustration with repeated issues at Great American Cookies. I have had two separate negative experiences, both involving incorrect orders.

First, I ordered a cookie cake for my New Year’s Eve party, which was supposed to feature a champagne bottle exploding. However, the design was completely wrong and ended up looking like a penis which was disappointing!

Today, I placed an order for a three-count Double Doozie for my boyfriend’s birthday but I was given the wrong cookies. I ordered sugar cookie not M&M. This seems to be a pattern, as my orders are consistently incorrect. While I understand mistakes happen, it’s frustrating when I can’t rely on your store for accuracy, especially when ordering for special occasions.

I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that steps will be taken to improve order accuracy.

.Very good ice cream & cookies. I liked that they gave the portion of ice cream I asked for( I had my 2 y/o grandbaby with me, and she didn't need a full scoop). They made the ice cream cone just as my other grandbaby requested. The atmosphere was welcoming and very clean

Ordered cookie for birthday dinner and the order was confirmed and when I went for pick up they didn’t have the order and they didn’t even try to make it right.
So my child had no birthday cookie!!

Ordered a last minute cake for my son’s birthday to pickup August 4th, and I requested something extremely silly. They did a fantastic job with the decorating. The cake tasted great too! Thank you guys!!

I ordered a Lego cake online for my little boys birthday and they blew it out of the water! I was expecting a few blocks but when my son saw this he was so excited!! Great work and great service!

We've been going here for years and have gotten many cakes from here and they never miss. Someone there made my sister an amazing cookie cake with a video game character on it, and someone else did my girlfriend's which was a little blue cat from a show and they were both great. Sometimes the employees are tired and that's understandable they probably deal with a LOT of people. I always tip and always enjoy my cookies here and every other location I've been to

I’ve seen lots of Scott’s work on Facebook. His talent is quite impressive. I decided I’d get him to make our baseball team’s cookie cake for their little celebration before we traveled to World Series. The girl who took my order had me text a photo of the idea I put together for the cake design. He knocked it out of the park! Pun intended!☺️ I don’t think there’s anything he can’t do! Last year they spelled my daughter’s name wrong even with me spelling it out over the phone.
So this year I spelled it out numerous times to be sure they got the name correct. ? Tinley NOT Finley- T and F sound nothing alike. No one can ever fix it because the “decorator isn’t there” ?. I sure wish they would call if they aren’t sure of a spelling or letter. Zero for 2 with the cookie cakes.

Went into the establishment itself and preordered my son’s 5th birthday cake exactly 1 month before his birthday party. The guy took my order of what I wanted and what to write on the cake. I told him I will pay when I pick it up which would be the day of the party. (Didn’t want to pay until I physically saw what the cake looked like) well we are now at the day of the party. I walked back in to pick up the cake, and they couldn’t even find the order in which I placed…IN PERSON. Slowly started to panic. Because I have to be at the establishment in less than 30 minutes. And it took them 10 of those minutes to realized they misfiled my order, so it was never made! I told them I needed to be at my son’s party before 1 to check in and it was 1:45. Thank god they had a size cookie I wanted ready, just needed to be decorated. She decorated it in 5-10 minutes. And it was NOT WELL DECORATED. They need to do better so this won’t happen again. Or come up with a better system when people are ordering cakes. DO BETTER. MY BLOOD WAS BOILING AND WAS LOWKEY FREAKING OUT.

Easy to order online, easy to pick up, tasted and looked great ? I had heard a lot of good things about this store, I'm glad I went with them for our cookie cake.

First time ordering a cake from there and I am absolutely amazed and astonished by how it turned out I will be getting more cake from here in the future as long as Scott is there to decorate every time I will get one he did such an amazing job for my boy he absolutely loved it!!!
