Ordering a custom cake order featuring “Cookie Run Kingdom” theme was such an easy process! I ordered last minute and Scott created a beautiful cake for my daughter’s birthday. She loved it!! This location was not only accommodating but were very organized during the ordering process.

Always a great place for a celebration cookie cake!

3rd time I’ve came inside. No greeting , several people sitting behind the counter and don’t acknowledge you . Today stood in line waiting as no one came to assist any of use. Left without getting anything . Need better customer service asap.

I am reaching out to express my frustration with repeated issues at Great American Cookies. I have had two separate negative experiences, both involving incorrect orders.

First, I ordered a cookie cake for my New Year’s Eve party, which was supposed to feature a champagne bottle exploding. However, the design was completely wrong and ended up looking like a penis which was disappointing!

Today, I placed an order for a three-count Double Doozie for my boyfriend’s birthday but I was given the wrong cookies. I ordered sugar cookie not M&M. This seems to be a pattern, as my orders are consistently incorrect. While I understand mistakes happen, it’s frustrating when I can’t rely on your store for accuracy, especially when ordering for special occasions.

I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hopes that steps will be taken to improve order accuracy.

.Very good ice cream & cookies. I liked that they gave the portion of ice cream I asked for( I had my 2 y/o grandbaby with me, and she didn't need a full scoop). They made the ice cream cone just as my other grandbaby requested. The atmosphere was welcoming and very clean

Ordered cookie for birthday dinner and the order was confirmed and when I went for pick up they didn’t have the order and they didn’t even try to make it right.
So my child had no birthday cookie!!

Ordered a last minute cake for my son’s birthday to pickup August 4th, and I requested something extremely silly. They did a fantastic job with the decorating. The cake tasted great too! Thank you guys!!

I ordered a Lego cake online for my little boys birthday and they blew it out of the water! I was expecting a few blocks but when my son saw this he was so excited!! Great work and great service!

We've been going here for years and have gotten many cakes from here and they never miss. Someone there made my sister an amazing cookie cake with a video game character on it, and someone else did my girlfriend's which was a little blue cat from a show and they were both great. Sometimes the employees are tired and that's understandable they probably deal with a LOT of people. I always tip and always enjoy my cookies here and every other location I've been to

I’ve seen lots of Scott’s work on Facebook. His talent is quite impressive. I decided I’d get him to make our baseball team’s cookie cake for their little celebration before we traveled to World Series. The girl who took my order had me text a photo of the idea I put together for the cake design. He knocked it out of the park! Pun intended!☺️ I don’t think there’s anything he can’t do!
