“Opokè is amazing. I’ve had poke in San Diego, Hawaii, Seattle, and Boston, all cities famous for seafood, and this place still ranks easily in my top five. I can not believe it’s in Denham springs Louisiana. The fish was fresh, the ingredients crisp, and the portion was huge. Every bite tasted clean and balanced. I travel often for work and go out of my way to find good poke wherever I am, and I can’t believe I didn’t know about Opokè in my own backyard sooner. Highly recommended for anyone who actually knows what good poke should taste like. 10/10 I will absolutely be returning. P.S. please get marinated mushrooms like Southfin on Perkins rd has.“
