Their buffet prices are affordable. The food is okay but I have had better Chinese food at a small restaurant that is in Walker in a strip mall across from WalMart. My cousin and I used to go to Hot Wok numerous times. The food is okay but the beef is like chewing leather. I will never enter this business ever again. You have to pay for the food immediately after you walk in. I paid my money for the buffet and sat down and ate the food that was average. After I ate I went back to the buffet to get two chickens on a stick to eat later while I was watching the football games. No sooner than I walked out of the door with my paper plate containing two chicken sticks the Oriental woman tells me in a loud voice that I couldn't take food out and next time I must eat inside and I couldn't take anything out. I told her that I paid for my food and don't worry, there will never be a next time. I also asked her if I could not take my food out then where are the signs that say that I can't take food out? That place lost my business for good because taking two chicken sticks to go is a crime. I bit my tongue because I really wanted to tell her where she could put those sticks. The food is average and you better get your food when they refill a certain dish because if you don't, your food will be cold. i

Good enough for Chinese food. And friendly service. Easy get, close to home. Hot off the grill!

Very disappointed with my order tonight. I ordered Mongolian beef which I’ve ordered before and was very good. This time I ordered, I have more onions and no meat. I called and explain to them that I ordered this before and it didn’t have all the onions like this. Prices go up but you give more vegetables and no meat!!!

What can I say? I really like this little place. The same gal is always working - she is on top of it. I order online and 15 minutes later walk in the store. Everything is prepared and waiting - like clockwork. The food is consistent, hot and seems fresh! One of the few restaurants I eat \\\"out\\\" at. I travel for work, so when Im home, I rarely eat anything that I dont cook myself (I enjoy cooking... and like good, high quality food... neither of those attributes are typically present at restaurants in this area for some reason. So, if you havent tried them... maybe you should. Pro tip - Their coconut shrimp are absolutely one of their best specialties. Definitely worth checking out!

Food is good enough but they can’t decide whether they’re closed on Sunday or Monday. Was Sunday. Then changed to Monday. Then when we have everyone over and get their orders together for Sunday lunch they’ve changed it back to closed on Sunday again. Wish they’d just pick one and go with it. By the time you read this it may be changed again.

The food of course was freshly cooked. It had the normal Chinese takeout taste. The business is a hole in the wall so it's small. The food came out rather quickly. The cashier, whose parents possibly own the place, was kinda rude.

Fresh American Chinese food expertly prepared when you order. Small seating area but I always find a spot. A nice and friendly place.

Very personable & nice on phone as well as in person. The food was another story. Price was too high even though we got more food than we could possibly eat. Instead of asking when we ordered what size we wanted for the lo mein and vegetable fried rice they just gave us the quart of course! Speaking of the vegetable fried rice, was not good, and the Lo Mein was okay, but have had better! Szechuan chicken was fair as was the General Tso's chicken. First and last time that we will eat there.

This is my go to Chinese take out. Their quality is consistent and always great. Order in the store or even online. It's ready in very little time and aways great. I have had many different things from here and it was all good. They have a few tables but this is definitely more of a take out place. I would 100% recommend ordering from them. The service is always nice and quick.

They have the best wonton soup in Louisiana!!! The steamed dumplings were too good for a picture!! The service was fast, the food was hot, and the people were nice.

Food was just ok. Flimsy, dollar store paper plates, plastic toddler size forks and red solo cups for drinks. Children running wild and digging in the buffet with their hands. Parents should be watching, however the owners could have said something when they didn't. Not worth what they're charging. We didn't even finish our meal.

We order ahead and bring it home. Always hot and fresh. General Tsao’s extra spicy and House Special lo Mein are our go to items. We will keep coming back. Keep up the great work.

First time I used them, portions very small but more expensive than any other Hot Wok I've used even though they use the same menu. Ordered sesame chicken with lo mein, surprisingly enough this is the only Hot Wok that did not put broccoli in plate & didn't mention an egg roll which it clearly stated came with the dinner. Won't be back even though Watson is closer to my home, will pass them up and go to place in Central. Very disappointed in Watson location !
