Great service, left a good tip for him. The food was aigghhttt..greasy for filling.Me and my son felt like we were eating in a bunker from a world war. The smells, the tables, the missing ceiling tiles, the insanely filthy restrooms, and the sticky menus was alittle much but they have friendly staff.

Went in at 11 am was totally ignored by all the employees. Waited for 10 minutes for someone to get to us to even take our drink order .I look over at another tables they are dirty and disgusting. And food all over the floor i wonder if anyone knows how to clean. It was so nasty we just got up and left .

The Denham springs location was very disgusting and disappointing. This place was very dirty the table were not washed some of them had popped ketchup packets left on them that were dried and stuck to the table floors were not swept and mopped. And the restroom made want to throw up I don't know how a place can not keep a place clean knowing people will be eating there. There is no curb appeal grass and weed not kept cut . This place seriously need to replace management and employees that do not want to do there jobs keeping a place clean and inviting is not that hard

They were out of tomatoes, pickles, Dr. Pepper and ice cream. The burgers were cold and bland. The Tots were overcooked. The atmosphere was unappealing. The parking lot was trashed up. The server was the ONLY good part of our visit.

ConsThe basic issue with my visit was the lack availability of menu items. For example, the restaurant was out of the signature sauce, pimento cheese, and ranch. The onion ring on the burger showcasing an onion ring was missing. The toppings on the sandwich were mediocre in freshness and overall appeal. The tator tots were quite dark, which was indicative of the need to change the grease.Moreover, the restroom had rank odor & no paper towels.ProsThe server was polite.The menu items prices include taxes.The server gave me an order of onion rings because my burger was wrong.The meat on the was seasoned.The bun was soft & warm.The onion rings were homemade & fresh.The place has potential, but I can see why there was no crowd.This will be my 1st & last visit.

Usually I can get a good burger from them but lately their food has not been very good. I have never gotten fresh fries or tots and this time they overcooked the tots where they are just charred balls of grease. The bacon cheese burger had so much mustard and sauce the I finally just ate the burger patty which was the only edible part of my dinner. They are also out of so much food that the cashier had to rattle off about 8 items that they did not have, Cole slaw, hot dogs, etc.

Yall are doing it all wrong. I came to pick up my order, they handed me food with no drinks or ice cream. I had to wait for them to make everything while my food got cold. The inside is nasty and paint is peeling everywhere. Do better.
