Went there for lunch on Christmas day and they made us wait 40 minutes before telling us that they couldn't get anyone to cook and they were closing down for 45 minutes while they wait for someone to get there. 😡

We have a family tradition to go to this restaurant every Christmas Eve. What a disaster this place has become. Think I saw maybe 3 people working. There were plenty of open tables yet we had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to even talk to us. No host. After being seated waited another 45 minutes till I finally got someone's attention to get at least our drinks. Everyone at surrounding tables were complaining about not getting the correct food and the quality of the food to the manager. Keep in mind it's not very busy so there is not alot of people the staff was just no where to be seen. I think the servers were cooking the food. Finally after an hour got someone attention again so we could order. She was high or something. She had no knowledge of the menu at all. Took our order but didn't write anything down so I asked her to repeat our order back and she had a blank stair and said she doesn't remember. We had no choice but to get up and leave. We were very patient but really over it at that point. Very disappointing. I did ask to speak to a manager and the waitress that doesn't know the menu or how to take orders said she was the manager. Just crazy! I remember when I HOP had standards. Went to waffle house, our server was amazing and really saved the evening for us. IHOP is a disaster!!! Never again

We have been severely disappointed with our last two visits at this ihop. We have had the same waiter the last two times. I believe her name was Kaylee. She is pregnant. Both times we have requested diet pepsi, and we have received real pepsi both times. My boyfriend is a diabetic. He got two cups into the pepsi the first time before we realized it was a real Pepsi. It messed his sugar up horribly. Today is his birthday we went to IHOP for breakfast and kaylee once again have him a real Pepsi and we didn’t realize. So now his sugar is shooting up. Not only just that ihop was not busy at all, and she came to our table maybe 4 times. She also gave us our ticket as soon as we received our food which I think is extremely rude. After paying we continued eating she didn’t come back to our table once. I tried to grab her attention multiple times for a box she ignored me. My boyfriend after 15 minutes had to get up and get one himself. We will unfortunately not be returning to this ihop. When people ask for diet drinks there’s usually a reason and the waiters here should pay more attention.

I'm a doordash driver. It's extremely obvious that time management is a issue here. In-house orders are the priority and every single order I get from this store has a 15+ min wait after the pick up time that was listed in the app. Have to remind the people at the desk multiple times the name of the orders we're waiting for. As I'm sitting here writing this review there are 6 other to-go orders in the lobby waiting for food and a lady came back saying she was missing half the order. I had a order I picked up from here yesterday and items were missing as well. They lack attention to detail. Customers should get what they paid for. 🤷🏼‍♀️

This place is absolutely disgusting. There was mold in all of the salt and pepper shakers, received dirty silver ware with dried on food, grey bacon, the humidity inside is 100+% . Would not recommend this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.
