Izzo's Illegal Burrito - Juban Square

The pork nachos are a favorite of mine. Very clean and staff was great.

The food was yumm! I ordered the spinach wrap in the smaller size they had to offer for burritos and it was super plentiful! I had shrimp, rice, guacamole, salsa, lettuce and fresh non pickled jalapenos in mine.. It didn't take too long for them to make and the people fixing the food were pretty nice! 😩👍💯

I ordered the super steak burrito and I added extra chicken on it because they give you the option to do so, so when I got home i started to eat and I realized something, there was no chicken in my burrito, I opened it to confirm it and yup no chicken what so ever, so why are yall charging people $2.75-$3.25 for extra but not giving extra? I definitely would have called or went back but they closed while I was driving home, just do better because I paid for something I didn't get..

It seems sometimes they pull a fast one and get the tortilla chips out of a bag in the backroom instead of the freshly made ones I don’t like paying high prices for BAG chips!! BIG Difference really a big let down for me

The food is always incredible, but I was also blown away by the service today! Gavin helped me with a pretty big order today and was so sweet and patient even through my kids’ picky orders. His overall demeanor was so wholesome and kind, and he made the experience such a pleasant one.

Ordered at 7:35. Arrived to pickup at 7:50. Waited an additional 10 minutes when I got there. What was the purpose of ordering ahead? Six people on staff. No one in line. When I walked in he was putting the flour tortillas on the warmer or whatever it is. Making my three tacos and a burrito for someone else. Female came in after me and hers was the burrito. Naturally he finished hers first and then continued at less than a tortoise pace for mine. It was 10 minutes from the time I walked in that I got my tacos. Horrid experience. I’m thinking the pregnant young lady was the manager or maybe team lead. Three were kind of looking busy cleaning. My guy was the tortoise and another guy was making an illegal burrito and his pace was 10x faster than mine. The lead I’m assuming was making an order too I believe. None of them were hurting themselves with any sort of sense of purpose. I get that it’s Sunday night and you have just over an hour left till you close. I was the first of four that walked in waiting on orders. Put a little pep in your step. Clear the lobby. Then take your sweet a$$ time doing whatever you do. I tipped through the toast service $2 when I placed the order.

Best service of my life. Had a family acting like jerks because the girl fixing their food actually gave them what they ordered. They tried to push her to give her extra food then got mad when she did her job. I got what I ordered and am happy.

Something happened at this location in the last 6 months, I’ve visited very regularly in the past. Restaurant is always dirty. In my visit today, there were flies all over the food our server was making as a well as all the food left open (all of them). Proportions have gone down greatly.

The service, food, and atmosphere are fantastic! The food was fresh and quite tasty. Stopped and had late lunch on our way back to Texas from Destin FL and very impressed!! Thank you for a great experience.

Got the steak nachos and the shrimp quesodilla both were bland, salsa and queso was watered down. Portions were good though.
