Izzo's Illegal Burrito - Juban Square

Ordered a take out and i even came a couple minutes late to pickup my order but when i entered izzos they hadn’t even made my order. Store had only two tables with people and about 7 workers I could see??? I can’t fathom why the order wasn’t even ready when there was no line or anything.

The food was absolutely incredible, it was sort of like chipotle but with many more options and better food. It’s not a fast food restaurant but we were served very quickly. it wasn’t very expensive at all, about eight to ten dollars a piece unless you were getting something huge.

Will always be my go to location when I want izzos. The workers are amazing and I always get fresh hot food that taste good

I’m an African-American female I went into Izzos to get some lunch it was after 2 only one other person was ordering food. Walked in went up to the counter was not greeted one of the workers looked me directly in my face and turned her head. Nobody else in the front part greeted me. A very nice lady comes from the back and took my order and greeted me. Everyone else said absolutely nothing. I stayed I wanted to see just how I would be treated. To my surprise it was crappy.

Food is good. Execution and accuracy is bad. Every time I go to pick up a mobile order for the past 3 times something has been wrong. The first steak bowl I ordered had olives added to it without me ordering them. The second wasn't even made despite me getting there on time and the store being relatively empty. The third, and what happened today, was that I ordered 2 steak bowls and neither had steak in them. The 2nd isn't as concerning as the others because why are random things being added to and taken away from my bowl. I paid for a bowl and got no steak in it. I didn't ask for olives and got olives. What if I was allergic or something?

We ordered a to go order that was to be ready in 25 minutes. When we arrived 25 minutes later to find the order hadn’t been started. Staff was rude & defensive. When we got home 1 of the items was completely incorrect. Very disappointed.

The food was great! It was my first time here.. I didnt know what to get but Ms.Ashanti was really sweet really helped me out and recommended the steak nachos and recommended some new toppings for me to try too— which I loved !!

I love Izzo's, but this location has awful service

food was great service was terrible! the lady named ashanti was very rude and unprofessional. if you hate your job so bad just quit and go somewhere else. worst attitude.

I’m not sure if she’s the manager or not but the thick dark skinned lady ALWAYS have a nasty attitude this is my 3rd time coming there and she have this attitude the first time I thought maybe she just having a bad day so I brushed it off the second time she got mad at an employee for getting more corn .. today she was rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing as I was telling her my order … if you hate your job just don’t go it makes me not even wanna eat the food with her negative draining ass energy.

When first opened the Quality was great, it’s been going down hill. Upper management should really do an Audit here.

Can't get enough of their nachos!!

The blk girl who made my food today was so unnecessarily rude when making my order. Like ok, I didn’t know y’all had different kinds of tortillas but you didn’t had to yell it too my face. The condescending attitude towards me was just unwarranted. If I ever go back, i’ll specifically ask for someone else to make my food.

The pork nachos are a favorite of mine. Very clean and staff was great.
