Little Caesars Pizza

We tried ordering online for delivery and it said it had problems with the website not taking card and said to call the store after we tried to apply card. As soon as we called we were answered by a” hello” I tried to explain to the worker about the website but he then gave the phone to the manager and after I explained he didn’t really help so I said we wanted an order for pickup instead and he did assure us that it was busy and it would be a 45 min wait and when I tried talking to my friend about the wait time after I told them I’d put them on hold within one minute they hung up on us. I love little Caesar’s because they are cheap and good but that was kind of rude. We did not get a call back either.

The person attending me was so nice, have and smile. we talk about the T-shirt I was using( Betty Boop). Is great when the employees share anecdotes about a character they like, or how they was when they was kids.

They make you wait too long and ordering online is the worst thing...

I ordered on the App. I did not realized I had ordered from the wrong location. I contacted the location and asked if i could cancel. The manager told me it could not be canceled. I explained to her that I was in a different location and could not pick it up. She told me she was sorry but the order was too big to cancel. I called a friend that lived in the area and told him to go pick it up that he could have it since they would not let me cancel. When he got there the manager said that they had sold the pizza and would have to cancel. I noticed on my credit card that i was still charged for the order. I called the store and they told me they canceled it to call the customer service number. I called the number and customer service said they don't have a cancel request. I went back and forth between the store and customer service asking them if they would speak to each other and work this out internally with no help and never being resolved.

New girl with no training did so amazing. I would have never known they thew her to the wolves. Excellent job honey. Don't throw in that white towel yet. You got this fight.

You get what you pay for. I asked for extra sauce on both of my pizza's, yet they came out dry. Purchase sauce for the cheesy bread, container is half empty. Girl at the counter was not rude, but not polite. Name, price, food, done. No thank you, no have a good night, no nothing.
