LongHorn Steakhouse

Came in with a few families from our baseball team. 22 people total.
•They said they couldn’t sit more than 6 people together so we ask that we are just all in the same area. Didn’t happen. One of our families didn’t even get sat so they left.
•next we sat for 20 mins before my husband asked if we were forgotten about. 10 more minutes and we finally put our order in. Drinks, apps and food.
• waiter brings drinks and apps. Comes back a few mins later and asks if we need anything else. Starts cleaning our table. Husband states we never even received our main food yet.
• staff then begins to put tables together. They then sit a party of 17! Right by us! When we were told no more than 6!
•Food finally comes out. Brings 3 of the 4 meals.
I sat there while my entire family ate. Waiter came back when they were about 75% done. This is when my husband asks where my food is.
Looking confused and leaves the table.
•My food finally come out when everyone else is done eating. They did comp most of my meal only.

Overall the food was good but the service was horrible.

I gotta say. I was very displeased with the service and the food here. The dip we got with crab and shrimp was okay and warm. The potato was the best part about the whole meal. I got the 20oz ribeye medium rare and when it came it was cooked over a heated argument. A completely red and raw center. I think the cooks didn’t know how to cook a steak that big which in retrospect may be my fault. I sent it back and they gave me another rare steak and the manager came to the table to say he saw that as medium rare and said he’d send over a dessert as compensation. We never got any dessert and the bartender serving us had an awful attitude.

Cheyenne needs to be properly trained as a manager of this establishment or find an appropriate job best fitting to her actual skillset, maybe a server at best. Horrible service, food, and inappropriate conversations by manager with friends that were visiting the restaurant. We were passing through the state and decided to eat here based on our visits to many other Long Horn experiences, we should have looked at the reviews first. I hope the proprietor takes a serious account of the reviews on this establishment to at least train the chef to cook a steak at a steakhouse.

Food was okay. The server was awful. She was unfriendly and uninformative and definitely couldn't have cared less. Been here many times and noticed that this location has gone downhill with each visit. I won't be back.

Quality of food and service has fallen off over the last few months. It was our steak place in Denham but we are looking for another one. After sub par food, service, and extended wait time not headed back anytime soon.

Food is great if you’re sitting in but DO NOT order anything to go! They will halfa$$ cook your food and put no seasoning on it if you order for pick up. And yes I tip for pickup orders as well.

The food was terrible. The waitress was horrible. We got half of the meal at one time and the other half later and it was not cooked right and it was not hot

HORRIBLE… aint too much to say.. how about come see for yourself. Friday 3-5 . Not even busy. Food Was HORRIBLE… a joke. WHERES MANAGEMENT, what are you doing to fix the chefs horrible job of preparing cold food. Waiter gets the blame as well. You can look at the food before you sit it down it screamed cold.

They didn’t have the wild west shrimp available. The chicken tenders were stale and my daughter didn’t eat them. The sirloin was okay and it was cooked to order (medium). The service was HORRIBLE!!! I have been in other Longhorns and their customer service is good to great. Our experience at this location was very bad. The server never asked to refill my daughter’s drink and she never offered us a second drink. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all and our server only had three tables. There was a time where she disappeared completely and we, including the other customers, were looking for her. While this was happening, at least five employees gathered together by the entrance to the kitchen from the bar and started talking about their personal issues. The bad part about it was that they were cussing and being loud and we all could hear them. One of the customers from one of the tables screamed loud to get their attention because there was something wrong with his food. Definitely not a good experience. We are one of the few customers that give a second try and we will. Hopefully we don’t get the same server and their employees talk about their issues away from customers.
