Just left this location after sitting at the drive thru waiting after being asked to "wait a minute." Then she proceeds to take the orders from two cars in next lane, both of which had not been there before me. Maybe train your employees how the drive-thru line works rather than keep people waiting unnecessarily. Not that you care, but that girl lost you over a $100 sale as we were going to order quite a few combos for my workers Won't be returning.

I didn't dine in, take out or get delivery. I left after waiting 15 minutes in your drive thru because the incompetency of your employees caused my blood pressure to go up. One and one make two, if you can't add to 2, McDonald's might not be the place for you.

I order 3-4 times and it’s been messy and unorganized and today I got a #7 and ate half of one of the burgers and smelled that it was spoiled and threw it out the window but i unfortunately came back to complain and get my order right and the manager said the 2nd burger tastes good and then said smelled but also stuck his nose in it with a attitude then did not give me a full refund I feel nauseous and I want action .

If this McDonalds closes at 11pm instead of 12am on a Saturday then someone needs to update the time on google and on the website because they both still say 12am. That’s a waste of time and gas taking a trip to find out that they are closed.

Picked up through drive through. The fries taste like they were cooked yesterday. The Big Mac Chicken and hot and spicy chicken sandwich also tasted liked the were rewarmed. Not fresh at all. Very disappointing. Tried to call to notify them No one answered the phone

Well I ordered. A 5 dollar bag and only got 2 of the 4 nuggets proceeded to call was put on hold then heard the phone hang up my food never right how hard can it be to mange food

If someone places a mobile order for pick up and is waiting inside your location for 5-10 min don’t tell them when you hand the bag off oh your order has been ready. This just shows 1 your an asshole and 2 y’all don’t know how to handle customers.

I only came here tonight because the one I usually go to had an outage. It’s really simple when I put the order in FOR YOU on the kiosk, all that needs to be done is follow directions. I asked no pickle, extra onion: I received my qtr pounder with NO onion and pickles all over it, but they made my boyfriends food perfectly fine. This is the laziest location and it has never changed. I think I’m done with McDonald’s for a while after this, I mean this is ridiculous. No one was in there and still the food was made wrong. If you have allergies, do not come here. Probably will end up in the hospital or something. Not to mention the entire inside was disgusting, and drink machine hadn’t been wiped down since that morning. It’s really pathetic.

This place is horrible. I ordered 2 Quarter pounders, two hamburger happy meals and a kids four piece nuggets
The guy that took my order got it all messed up. When I got to the window to pay, the girl gave me one happy meal and a bag with a hamburger in it with ranch dip and barbecue dip. They told me to pull over to get my quarter pounders and kids meal. A guy came out to get payment for the kids meal.
Then I looked at my ticket. I had already paid for the kids meal. So I went inside to get my money back. They took forever to get my food. The girl could not understand that I overpaid. So I left. I will NEVER go there again. It was like a three ring Circus

Absolutely disgusting. I order my husband a burger and when he got home to and open his burger there was an acrylic nail inside instead of it . I called and asked to speak the manager the girl put me on hold and came back and said “don’t nobody in here wear acrylic nails in here” and proceeds to hang up in my face ….. I told time I have blue nails on so I couldn’t possibly done that myself .
