Always love the sweet tea. Drive through moved very fast. Friendly staff , clean area around. Not to mention the landscaping beautiful.

I Sat in the second lane for at least 5 minutes while the other lane took orders. I was told to hold on. I’m fine with that. But I watched a car come up and order from the other lane and heard nothing. I was told to be patient as they were taking an order and can’t control the other line. I know how drive thru work and know that someone could have gotten my mobile order. This is ridiculous. Two cars went before me with no wait. The person I dealt with had a huge attitude as well. I don’t give attitude unless people come after me get services or you give me an attitude. If you can’t take an order in that lane close it.
Food is never right. Always a long wait to get cold nasty food. Won't ever be back the women that work here have the worst attitudes and are lazy as all get out. I go out if my way to go to the other McDonald's across town. The service and food are great at other locations

This mcdonalds is the best option around this area . The workers are sweet every single time ive been i go earlier in the days usually and they are always quick,food is hot and never get order wrong . I cant say about the later shifts and how the outcome is but i know for a fact the early shift workers are always wonderful every time !

The manager acted like a child over me requesting a refund when I was told they didn't have the sundae, I ordered through the app.

Don't understand why there are 2 lanes, only to be told I'll be right with you or just a moment and the other lane gets a car and their order is being taken. No one even management has a sense of urgency. Yes it's the generation but a skill set is taught! There's literally no one in the parking lot someti.es and you still have to wait. Not often is the order right, although, it may be a reading thing but to wait and still get it wrong or COLD is crazy! I see the rating is 3.4, but it should probably be a 3. Seeing how i know how this works I will forever give you all a review.

Ordered 1 cheeseburger after spending over 15 minutes in drive thru and my burger was cold, cheese was not attempted to be melted and they didn't put the onions on it. I couldn't eat it so gave it to my dog! Won't ever go there again!

Just left this location after sitting at the drive thru waiting after being asked to "wait a minute." Then she proceeds to take the orders from two cars in next lane, both of which had not been there before me. Maybe train your employees how the drive-thru line works rather than keep people waiting unnecessarily. Not that you care, but that girl lost you over a $100 sale as we were going to order quite a few combos for my workers Won't be returning.

I didn't dine in, take out or get delivery. I left after waiting 15 minutes in your drive thru because the incompetency of your employees caused my blood pressure to go up. One and one make two, if you can't add to 2, McDonald's might not be the place for you.

I order 3-4 times and it’s been messy and unorganized and today I got a #7 and ate half of one of the burgers and smelled that it was spoiled and threw it out the window but i unfortunately came back to complain and get my order right and the manager said the 2nd burger tastes good and then said smelled but also stuck his nose in it with a attitude then did not give me a full refund I feel nauseous and I want action .
