McDonald’s on Florida boulevard in Denham is the worst place ever to go to ! Rude employees and even so she calls herself MANAGER she’s not any better than her so called employees! If McDonald’s had started out with employees and management this one has they would not have EVER made it!!! Need to fire them ALL!!!

I ordered my food at the drive thru and was asked to pull up and wait, they took so long that I had to walk in and remind them I was sitting outside waiting still, after they brought the food it was not the correct order. I went in to inform them when the girl got an attitude until I finally said just to refund me my money. This location needs to be managed and hire competent employees.

I had a problem with my order and accept that it was a simple mistake. I used the app and then did an add order at the speaker. I was only given my app order. I drove jome without checking it out. When I discovered the error, I called and the staff was very polite and cooperative. I showed my receipt and all ended well. Hooray !

Just found a roach at the bottom of my fries! The worst part is because it was at the bottom, I had already eaten almost all the fries. I am mortified and completely disgusted. 🤢 I called the McDonalds to let them know and they hung up on me. I wasn’t being mean and we weren’t arguing so I didn’t understand why the worker hung up. I just wanted to let them know so it didn’t happen again. Extremely rude.
