Management needs to get a handle on how they treat people. What they don’t know is I’m going to contact the owner directly. I was literally part of the ribbon cutting for this location.
There is no way service deters to this level in under 4 years. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place is horrible. One star is too high of a rating after my experiment. I waited an hour for my mobile order(that I never got). I got there after placing my mobile order. I found out that they were having some computer problems that affects the mobile ordering system, after waiting 30 minutes. Asked them several times about my order. They kept telling me it was coming up. Then a couple came in with a mobile order, they were in and out in 5 minutes, Ahead of 5-6 of us that were waiting for the same thing. Another young man that came after me, got his order before me. Asked to speak to the manager and she had an attitude and rolled her eyes about me asking about my order and the fact that several people had come and gone while I was waiting. After being there for an hour I ended up having to get a refund. All of this for 2 sausage mcmuffin with egg and a large cappuccino. This location is one of the worst for food and customer service.

Terrible. Awful. People don't care AT ALL about you or your food. Even the managers don't give a crap. Sad how much these people get paid to be awful at their job.

I wish I could give zero stars. Today we met a small boy with red hair as the manager of the store. My mother and I explained that we go there every other day on the way to my dad's nursing home. We spend just over $5 on 3 apple pies. 2 days in a row we got to the nursing home, opened the bag and found 3 rock hard dried out pies. He would not give us 6 pies or a coupon for the pies. He did not believe us and said he can't believe everyone who comes in making such claims. He said we had to have a receipt. We will never go there again.

Honestly wish I could give it a 0 star at this point. Like I get it. You hate your job. But taking over an hour for a double quarter pounder is beyond outrageous. And don't even get me started on the soggy fries. -10/10 would not recommend. A McDonald's in Afghanistan probably has better food and service than this location

Idk who the mgr is here now but my food is consistently wrong, cold, or bad… today I got 2 cold orders of fries, what I thought was a Dr Pepper was actually a Diet Coke with light ice and the cup wasn’t filled up, they gave me 3 sauces for a 20 piece not going back

Asking for hot fries is a problem at this location, also the guy at the fry station fix a half a box of fries everytime he is there. This was my final time giving this location a try. Just horrible customer service.

Ordered a mc chicken in the drive thru and received one with no lettuce and globs of mayonnaise. When I called the store I was told they were out of lettuce and when I asked why nobody said anything about that while I was ordering I was met with the same response “we’re out of lettuce”

It's just a really bad McDonald's, from wait time, to the food, and the lack of employees you see. It's very cold and impersonal.
