This place is utterly ridiculous. I got a McDouble and I opened the packaging and there was ketchup and mustard everywhere. I need this McDonald’s to do better. Waited in line for 20 minutes and for what.

Several times I have stopped there order chees burgers for my dad & quarter pounder just the way it is no special orders or changes to burgers for my daughter or husband & got home with them nothing but meat & bun or just two buns in box now I refuse to pull out of the parking lot without checking everything I got.

Took 40 minutes to get our food I went up to the counter to see why my food was not ready nobody who look at me they just ignored me but I did get my food after a long wait I don't really want to take up for them but they were understaff to the point were the workers looked liked pissed

Went through the drive through to get a double qrt with cheese. Realized about halfway home they gave me a Big Mac. Drive back and instead of just giving me my double qrt, she takes the Big Mac & chunks it in the trash. Couldn’t hardly understand what she was saying bc my Ebonics is not up to date but her attitude was very unprofessional for a manager that just made a mistake. Do better in the hiring of managers McDonalds. There is no way you can talk to this woman & think yea, I want this person representing my business.
