We went to get frozen yogurt they only had like 4-6 flavors and there were no workers we had to wait for a long time and once we went to pay the machine to pay was broken and we were the ones to fix it not the workers

I believe they only had 5 flavors, totally random ones. The poor girl working there said they had no trash bags. No menchies spoons, just good Ole Winn Dixie. I travel for a living and this worse the worst one yet. Nothing against the young lady working there, but whoever owns this one, do better...

Giving 1 star is being generous. The place looked closed at first but sign OPEN. After about 5 minutes someone came out of back. Very limited types of yogurt, when questioned was told machines were broken. No napkins out and tables and chairs needed a good wiping down. After paying the staff disappeared. I guess this is reason for rating, will go somewhere else next time.

If you want a place where 3 of the 12 machines are working and the employee looks down at their phone and doesn't say a word the entire time, this is the place for you!

It’s clear the owner doesn’t look at the reviews or much less care. This place has definitely gone down hill. No one at the register when we walked in, half the machines were empty with no flavors-the other half had the lights on them to be refilled. The scopes for the topping clearly are never washed, there was at least 3 months of Oreo build up on the spoon. Legit just felt dirty being in there, no idea how they pass inspections. Definitely won’t be back and will take our business to Buzz Bull/Marble Slab instead.

Went tonight for Mother’s Day only had about 6 flavors all the fruits and snacks nearly out and on top of that tell me how me and my wife spent $50 on 2 cups when I got the biggest and she got a small cup the scale said 53.2 oz but there’s no way and did the math paying .89 per oz I know prices have gone up on a lot of things but I can only imagine how much a family with kids gotta pay this place needs to get shut down or find out how much they increasing on goods cause I promise it’s way over 100%

Poor experience. Zero greetings from the 5, yes 5 people behind the register. They were out of half of the yogurts. According to the signs, they still had cake batter which is what my wife went to get and they were out. My wife said it plainly and loud enough where the 5 people behind the register could hear. Did anyone say I’m sorry, let me see what’s going on…NOPE. Went to check out and my wife wanted to use her phone number to get points and the young man who checked his out said that he didn’t know how to do that and he was filling in for someone. Don’t worry, his manager will make sure he’s trained tomorrow after I get off of the phone with them.

This was my first time visiting this place with my kids to take them out for ice cream and when we walked in we were not greeted or told how to order i had to look at the signs on how everything goes, the lobby wasn’t clean neither the restroom and the cashier energy was not welcoming and she stood behind the counter on her phone the entire time until customers were ready to checkout

Do not waste your time or money here. As you walk in there are two workers and both never once greeted or even acknowledged us. As we go to start sampling my husband asked where the cups are and no one responded. He had to say hello loud and 1 continued to play on his phone oblivious to anything around him. The girl finally turns around and speaks. The place was filthy and the bar where the toppings were looked like a bomb went off and some basically empty. Then you go to pay and she wants to say how you can leave a tip. Seriously ? My only tip would be is to do your damn job and wake the hell up!!! Never again.

Arrived 20 minutes prior to them supposedly closing but the door was locked and the two workers refused to even look at us.

Went in an hour before close. Girl had turned everything off before 7:50. Gave us no excuse whatsoever as to why, just froze staring at us, even when I had pointed out that they didn’t close for another hour. Not a good look pookie bear ?

The girl working turned off all of the machines 30 minutes early before close. The website said they close at 8:30 but everything was turned off before 7:50. Didn’t even get to get anything

Very disappointed. We took our son to get Menchies tonight and upon arrival we first noticed there were only about 5 flavors to choose from and the girl working had on a very inappropriate shirt for an establishment geared toward children. When my husband asked her what her shirt said her response was " uh, let's not talk about it." If you would rather not talk about your shirt, maybe you shouldn't be wearing it. For the record her shirt said "I'm a ray of f!@#ing sunshine" Needless to say, we left, without fro-yo, and we won't be back. Do better Menchies.
