We went and got nachos, ice cream in a cup, and a frito pie, and it was amazing. I think they claim that they make their ice cream homemade and well I would believe it becouse it was banging. Definitely didn’t taste like anything store bought! The girl that served us was very nice too!

We go to this location a lot and lately it’s been bad experience after bad experience. I hesitated to even post this because in recent reviews I see the owner doesn’t respond but hopefully someone sees this and takes action. The girls that work here are not customer friendly and seem very lazy. They take forever to make anything even when there is no one else in line. They tell us they are out of something about every other time we come and this time they told us they stop serving food an hour earlier than closing. I get this isn’t a dinner spot but we enjoy a good nacho from time to time and I was disappointed because there has been multiple nights we come 20 minutes before closing and they have always served us without hesitation. Today when I asked about it they said they always have stopped serving nachos an hour early. My husbands snowball had a hair drug across the top of the cup and down the side tonight. Idk I guess I just want the owner to know of what’s going on because they need to be friendlier and if they are sold out of something or stop serving at a specific time then they should just be friendlier about letting us know. This place being a cash only business and a small snowball stand, I would think it would be friendlier service.

Im fairly new to the watson area, and firm believer of supporting local businesses. I do enjoy Olivia’s but the customer service is beginning to interfere with customer experience. Today’s interaction definitely makes me question if i’ll be back. I’ve never experienced waiting in line but I still have to wait at the window 10-15 mins before being acknowledged. Upon acknowledgment they don’t have hot food because “they’ve sold out” or it feels rushed. Today i sat at the window 15 mins while cars pulled behind. Some of them got out of their vehicles to knock on the front building windows and still didn't get answer until 5 mins later. I placed an order and canceled because when she finally addressed me and came off a bit rude. ** I also called several times while in the line and no one answered

I'd you have never had an Olivia's snowball you are missing out! Staff is always friendly, portions are appropriate and the ice is on point!
