Im fairly new to the watson area, and firm believer of supporting local businesses. I do enjoy Olivia’s but the customer service is beginning to interfere with customer experience. Today’s interaction definitely makes me question if i’ll be back. I’ve never experienced waiting in line but I still have to wait at the window 10-15 mins before being acknowledged. Upon acknowledgment they don’t have hot food because “they’ve sold out” or it feels rushed. Today i sat at the window 15 mins while cars pulled behind. Some of them got out of their vehicles to knock on the front building windows and still didn't get answer until 5 mins later. I placed an order and canceled because when she finally addressed me and came off a bit rude. ** I also called several times while in the line and no one answered

and y'all need to start using debit card at The snowball stand too

So gross. So watery. Never going back. Tried to tell them that it was watery and they didn’t do anything about it. Very very disappointing and a waste of money

Always delicious although this last time I went it’s was as if everything got blended together, it was very melted with chunks of ice on top. I had to freeze it for awhile at home before I could eat it.
Only hand recommend, do not go out if your way to get to them but locals should give them a try. They close at 7 during summer! I wish other stands stayed open later !

We always go here for our SnoBalls. We get the most consistent customer service and flavor every time. If you are trying this for the first time, you should get the strawberry doozie. Fresh cut strawberries, cheesecake, cream, and stuff with ice cream in addition to the delicious strawberry flavoring.My only negative I can see is that they are cash only, but I see that at a lot of SnoBalls stands so I’ve come to expect it now and don’t knock them for it.Olivia’s is great and highly recommend!
