My wife was poorly treated by Javier on the night of October 1st, 2025. My wife witnessed an uncomfortable interaction of an employee with a customer. She saw a female employee that seemed uncomfortable and my wife wanted to make sure she would be okay so asked to speak to the manager, Javier. She explained that she was concerned and wanted to just make sure that the female employee would be okay. All Javier had to do was assure my wife he would address the situation. Instead he choose to insult and belittle my wife for her concerns. He accused her of making the staff uncomfortable and upset. This is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. We like the food but our family will not return to your establishments and will only too happy to relate our dissatisfaction to all our family, friends, neighbors, and work colleagues.

Our first time here.... definitely won't be the last! Everything... and I mean EVERYTHING was A++! That includes the cleanliness of the restaurant (including the restroom), food, prices, server, manager, decor...I could go on and on. We were treated like family, and guess what? The manager Javier even told us..."You're family now." Can't get no better than that!
We can't WAIT to go back! First restaurant we've found since moving to Louisiana from Ohio 4 yrs ago, where we truly felt like we won the lotto in terms of food and service. We will be regulars for sure... THANK YOU, PAPI'S!!! 💃

Wow! Thank you papis for being great to us! We had ordered through DoorDash, and unfortunately didn’t get all of our food. My fiance called the store, and explained exactly what was missing so he could pick it up. The manager TOOK IT UPON HERSELF to drive ALL THE WAY to my house to deliver the missing items and even gave us an extra free salsa! I have NEVER had service anywhere else like I did with papis tonight. I didn’t get the managers name, but THANK YOU. You know who you are! I cannot overstate how amazing this restaurants service was tonight!

Pretty solid place. The frozen margarita was good and they don't hold back on the tequila. Lol! Food was pretty good. Just wish there hadn't been a mix up with management/planning. We went for the first time about a month ago. We were there with a rather large group that was supposed to be arranged for ahead of time but it seems like management dropped the ball at some point. They were a little unprepared but worked hard to make the best of it. Felt bad for the small handful of servers and kitchen staff that were caught off guard on a Saturday afternoon! I wouldn't mind going back though and I would recommend to others in the area!

The new bartender Olivia is so rude I won't be back until she is gone. She made the wrong drink and rolled her eyes at me bc she made the wrong drink. She also tried to get my friends husband to meet her in the bathroom.
I took my best friend there for her birthday and we had excellent service. They even gave her a dessert for her birthday! It was awesome!! Highly recommend

Well, we went for a family birthday party. The band was so very loud. But granted, our table was directly in front of the speakers. They put a party of 8 of on a couple of 3/4' tables pushed together. It was kinda like being squashed I your chair and the persons behind you. Don't get me wrong, I love listening to music while we eat and enjoy the music. But I would think after making a reservation that they would have put us somewhere in the back with more room and where you didn't have to Holler back and forth to hear what each other were saying. They had couples dancing and line dancing going on. I couldn't help but film a little of it. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. I got the chicken enchiladas, and hubby had the cheese and beef enchiladas. Mine were pretty good. Hubby's were put in corn tortillas in a red sauce. It's not so good. The avocado dip and queso and salsa were really good. But they didn't come back to check if we needed drinksd or chips but had a great time with the kids', grandkids and nanny and pawpaw. That's what count!!

My first experience here was overall decent and we decided to go back. Our second experience included people in our party not getting asked what they wanted to drink for 20-30 minutes, and some having to ask multiple times. No chips and salsa served to half of the table, even bringing out my queso with no chips to eat it with. I asked for salt over and over, and finally went inside to get salt but it was a salt shaker filled with sugar… After about an hour seated, we were able to order. Almost everyone’s order came out incorrect, some (mine) food was forgotten, and some people’s food didn’t come at all. After being there for nearly 2.5 hours, I finally received my tacos.
To top it off, the server had no idea who ordered what to separate the checks. A patron from our group had to write down what everyone had so we could get our appropriate checks. My card was not only charged for my food, but also for another member of our party….since the restaurant was now closed and we were all disgruntled, my friend just sent me the money instead of having them refund to my card. This was extremely chaotic and unprofessional, as we had made reservations and they knew about our party.
