My happy plate made me sad. Very misleading titles. $17 dollars for frozen french fries and 4 slices of chicken strips should be illegal. I had so little fries on my plate I was able to count and do the math that I paid 70 cents per fry. It’s the saddest happy plate I’ve ever seen in my life and I’ll need a therapist to get over the mental issues I got from Pedro’s.

Pedro's Plate is a LOT of food. I'd ordered Birria Tacos, and our server suggested doing a shredded beef, a beef steak, and an al pastor taco. I don't regret my life choices.

$6.99 plus tax for a side set up fee just for my food to still be fixed together?! Y'all played in my face for the last time!

Not great, not horrible. Our waiter never refilled our drinks even when asked. I had to get up and ask someone else for a drink......I needed to take my meds. Otherwise, I wouldn't have cared.

We always enjoy going to Pedro's. Tyrone is one of the best waiters! Food and drinks are always good.

I went to Pedro’s Baton Rouge location and fell in love instantly. The aesthetic and great service was amazing. Fast good food and friendly smiles. I tried the Juban location thinking I would get the same service . I did not. Not only does this location not have a full menu like Baton Rouge, but they also do not grant the same offerers the other location offer. Happy hour is everyday 2-6P I just went to Baton Rouge on a Sunday and was granted my happy hour. I drove to Juban Sunday 1/5/25 and was told it’s only during the week. I will not be back to this location. Not only does the location hold gnats , but the inconsistencies overtake a good experience.

I bought my family to enjoy a nice outing. When we walked in, the person at the hostess stand was on their phone and did not even acknowledge us. My four year old even noticed and knocked on the stand. He then looked up and got us a table. While at the table,we received chips and salsa but waited over 10 minutes for any other acknowledgement. While another party was seated right behind us and was asked for their drink order right away. They were even told that the restaurant was out of Sprite. After waiting and no acknowledgement, we left. As I stood up, there were three servers/workers just standing looking. Never had this type of service!

The place looks nice, but the food and service was horrible. Dry steak, uncooked tortillas, and VERY small portions. Server didn’t introduce himself or check on his table once. Our small queso was served in a flimsy plastic cup that you would use to give a sample of a daiquiri. Not worth the time or money

Ordered online for delivery 3 times and 3 times my order was wrong! 2 queso’s and no chips?? Chips and no queso?? No salsa and small instead of large queso! Simple things that they can’t get correct. 3 strikes … no more!
