Philly Me Up Denham

Meh. I'm not a picky eater by no means...but I wasn't impressed at all. I give it a 5/10...not worth going back. Btw i joined online to be a VIP customer. When I mentioned it they all looked at me like had lobsters crawling out of my ears! Lol

Ok let’s start with the atmosphere, when you walk in it sets a mood. The music is energetic, the customer service is fast and outstanding, the food is mouthwatering and the prices are really affordable!! I literally come and eat here 3 time out the week. So glad this location is here! I was also told anything on the menu can go on a sandwich, salad or wrap.

We ordered online for pick up. The order was wasn’t ready until 25 minutes after the pick up time given. They did not give us the fries for the kids meal, the chicken tenders were over cooked, near inedible, they did not put the extra cheese on my sand which that is a $1 up charge, fries were severely soggy. Fried Mac and cheese bites were mid at best. I thought at least the sandwich was decent until I ate a hair. 😭

I eat at the Baton Rouge location several times a month for the past several years. Probably (3-5) times. I can’t think of one time I haven’t been pleased with the service or the food. However this is not the case with this location. I have probably eaten at this location 7 to 8 times since they have opened and I’m sad to say I won’t be back. The consistency on flavor and size portions is just not here and I would say at least half of these visits they made my order wrong. Side note almost everything on their menu is more expensive then Baton Rouge location which I don’t really have a problem with because I’m sure their rent, due to location is probably higher but at least have the same size portions. Hoping something changes at this location but until then I will gladly drive past denham springs and go to Baton Rouge to get my cheese steak fix just as I did today!

I’m sooo happy they opened a location in Denham this is awesome. I just found out about it. Food is always hot and fresh. Friendly people working. I got the classic with onion rings & theyre on point.

Wonderful meal!!! Had the shroom with onion rings and some chipotle mayo!!! Very delicious and quick!!!! Loved every bite and want to try the voodoo next time and some fries!!! So so good!!! Tea was great too!!!
