Like this piccadilly and is my favorite in the Baton Rouge area. The people are nice and the food is very good.

The Mac and cheese use to be so good in it’s day NOW they must just open a cheap can of cheese sauce and put on there…HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING 🤮

Piccadilly Cafeteria is a Southern classic—where comfort food meets cafeteria trays and warm hospitality. You barely get through the door before someone looks at you, ladle in hand, and says the most powerful phrase known to lunch: “Serve you?”

The roast is tender, the green beans taste like someone’s grandma made them, and the rolls? Fluffy little clouds of joy. But let me tell you—the Red Velvet Cake? Omg. Moist, rich, and topped with enough frosting to make you forget your troubles (and maybe your name).

The staff are always friendly, the pace is just right, and there’s something comforting about picking out your meal with a tray and a plan that immediately falls apart at the dessert case. Five stars for tradition, kindness, and Red Velvet that deserves its own fan club. 🍰🍽️👏

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. The food was great. They were not really busy inside, so the service atmosphere inside was good..

The people at this Piccadilly aren't the friendliest, or maybe that's only if you're a delivery driver. I went inside to pick up an order that was designated to me but found out that somebody else took the order. I told the person at the register that it seems like someone else essentially, stole the food, but she had an attitude with me when stating it. Orders aren't handed out twice. They are given to one driver and if somebody else took it then they stole it. They really need to work on their customer service because I am a customer of this Piccadilly as well but forget it. Never again.

The Waitress & cashier are AWESOME
The servers are RUDE & they don’t smile like they’re miserable & don’t talk they just look at you until you tell them what you want

Food was cold. Employees on serving line were complaining. Waitress had too many tables to do a good job. It was not a pleasant dining experience at all.

My brother and I visited here on today (11/3/24). The food was good but service was HORRIBLE!!! When I saw workers not wearing gloves that was a turn off. The mean lady serving salads hands were touching customers salads. This is so unsanitary!!! The lady serving entrees had a very nasty attitude!!! The lady serving vegetables was rude and impatient. If mgmt don't employ workers who are customer service friendly then this restaurant will sink. The employees need training. They are employed in an industry that depend on customers. My family won't be returning anytime soon.

I just left the restaurant. I got a to go order with the roast beef and the au jus gravy. I asked for a Caesar salad to go and the older lady making the salads is very rude. She’s hollering comments at the workers she ain’t got time to talk to them or listen to them. As I’m standing, waiting for her to make the salads, several families turn around and walk back out of the restaurant because it’s taking her so long to make the salad. Then I move down to where the hot foods are and everybody’s just standing around and not serving people because they have no clean plates. Finally, my turn and the gentleman says do you have a to go order and I said yes I do and I told him I would like the roast beef with the gravy. He cuts three thin little slices and puts those in my to go box and I also said I would like mashed potatoes. He did not respond to me at all didn’t say thank you ma’am, no smile, no nothing, just pushed the box on down to the next person. Told her I would like mashed potatoes she put the scoop in the box. As I asked her to scoop another side in a separate box for me, the lady with the bread is questioning me. How many sides I have. The worker that is scooping the sides for me proceeds to tell the bread lady that is not her business. Just give her the roll. Then I proceeded to the checkout counter mind you it has been at least 20 minutes at this point. The check out lady prints the ticket and says I have to pay at the other counter. On my way out she bags the food, hand it to me and the gravy is running all into my bag with everything else that’s in the bag. Still have not paid yet! Finally get to the counter to pay and the cashier says she can get me some napkins to wipe the gravy off everything. Needless to say, I will not be going back to the Juban Piccadilly.
