The employee's were great and very nice, but they were sad because they are not getting paid on time and fear that their job may be in danger of being lost as they have not been paid on time in months and have bills backing up and are late paying rent and other bills. This franchise owner or pizza hut should step up and pay on time and cover late fee's. Dispite the issues with their pay these employees show up and provide excellent customer service and represent their company and the brand of Pizza Hut with pride. Step up Hut! Do better!

Watch your card transactions closely they will steal by adding their own tips! I made a online carry out order on Saturday Dec 14 before 5pm for a total of 60.15 with no tip well on Sunday Dec 15th after 5pm my transaction was updated to a total of 70.97 which now included a tip tht I didn’t authorize please b aware of theft at this location

I ordered my pizza with just enough time to get there and have it be ready. I arrived as the order was coming out. The only issue was they made my medium pizza a personal pan by mistake. So I had to wait another 10 minutes for my remake. I asked if I could keep the personal pan that they made on accident, and the manager told me they threw it away. You literally messed up my order by cooking something you didn't need. Why would you not just give it to me for my time? Do better.

I ordered Pizza, breadsticks dessert, ect. The app says it was delivered and I hadn't received it so I called. I was brushed off. I waited 30 more minutes and I was brushed off again. Said its out for delivery. Now its 1 hour and 30 minutes after i order.
Then told me they CAN'T give me a refund. Now they are too cowardly to answer the phone.
Save yourself time, money and frustration by eating somewhere else. I wish I had never had the displeasure of ordering from here.

I order the new my hut box at pizza hut today l. The workers very welcoming and accommodating. My online order got screwed up and I call the location and the replaced my order. They even called me in advance to let me know that some items in my box were not available and the gave me a replacement item. That atmosphere there is very inviting. I love pizza hut!!!!! This is the pizza hu5nin Denham Springs on S Range.

I ordered Pizza on June 30th from Pizza Hut on Range Ave in Denham Springs, La. The food was very expensive and when it was delivered, it was terrible. They were overcooked and stale and dry. It was a terrible experience. I had ordered honey BBQ boneless wings, large Canadian/pineapple pizza and large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. All was terrible!
Called to talk to someone in the store as I am a truck driver and wanted to pizza delivered to the truck stop. Got some lady in India that could barely speak English and made it so difficult I just hung up. Get it together Pizza Hut

After waiting over an hour for our delivery 4 miles down the road we find out our order was rolled over to door dash..after contacting the DD driver we are told that she is 25 minutes away in another town. When calling pizza hut back I'm told she has to connect me to the store which results in a disconnected number. I drive to the store and complained and was told they would remake it but the only discount they will offer is to remove the delivery fee...for food still not delivered. Love Pizza Hut food but will not return to this location for anything else
