1 piece of chicken was cooked in burnt oil actually stunk 1 piece was bloody at bone the whole place was filthy the door coming in was so greasy you couldn't see thru it tables floors the same . Management and owner in a coma.

This is the SLOWEST Popeyes I’ve ever been to. You can order a 2 piece on the app 30 minutes early and you’ll still wait another 20-30 minutes for your order.

Waited over 20 minutes after being told to “pull up” cause they need to make chicken. How in the world are you a Popeyes and don’t have chicken made? Also, they won’t give me my receipt even after I asked. Just avoid this location.

Why is it that 3 different Popeyes walker denham port Vincent all have horrible service bad attitudes and never have inventory. At one location, I was physically assaulted by the manager and crew after waiting almost an hour for 2 chicken sandwiches for 2 different door dash orders. Watching them send 10 sandwiches out the window but never fixing my orders . Then, when I had written express permission from the customer to double check the order for large mashed potatoes, the order was yanked from my hand . Cursed out . And had the entire crew threaten me and follow me out the door. When I finally got out of the parking lot in fear for my life. I waited across the street for the sheriff to come after an hour wait I left . Do these stores not have a district manager to keep the managers in check . The crew in check ? It's something every time we go. No tenders. No sandwiches , no biscuits. No chicken one day. ...and since when do they stop frying chicken at 8:23 pm . And why was there a step ladder in the middle of the floor for ppl to trip on ? There are no wet floor signs when the roof is leaking onto a table and floor. No bucket. Or towels to catch it. Since when can the shift end at 2 buy your relief isn't there but u clock out and leave anyway leaving Noone to.cook amd the manager refuses too . Telling ppl in drive thru you can't serve food because you have no cook but there are 3 managers and 4 crew IN THE BUILDING SITTING AT THE TABLES ON PHONE

Ordered online to pick up at 430 pm at 350 got there at 432 had to wait 15-20 min with nobody in the drive through not a problem because they had a few cars in the parking lot well finally came to the box to see what I wanted was very rude and gave me the wrong order figured it out when I got home then had an attitude when asked about it and didn’t fix their mistake

The food was decent, standard Popeyes. The chocolate chip biscuits had barely any icing on them. The person taking orders/at the window had the worst attitude. Maybe you should find another type of work if you don’t have a single customer service skill. Not everyone processes information/answers questions as fast as he would like either. He was extremely rude and impatient. Please do better.
