Went to Denham location on 16. Had cooked crawfish. The gals at the counter were great. The crawfish were perfectly seasoned, very well cleaned and cooked right. Hot, juicy and spicy! We’ll be back!

I eat crawfish 3 to 4 times per week during the season. I’ve tried at least 10 to 15 different locations in the surrounding area. By far these crawfish are the worst I’ve ever had in my life. So sad…. Possibly tied. They taste like pawn water. And every crawfish has so much poo in them, It was like thick peanut butter. Whatever they are feeding these crawfish, it makes them taste terrible. Some of the crawfish were white, and I can’t believe that they are really selling these things to the public. The only thing that I pray is that my stomach is not upset tomorrow. Whoever is boiling these crawfish, they definitely need to stay out of those pots. I am so nauseous right now. If this is your first time ever trying crawfish, I do not recommend you come here. They didn’t even have sausage, corn or potatoes. I didn’t even want to leave them one star. But that was the lowest I can go. Ron’s Seafood, Y’all definitely need to do better

My daughter raved about the crawfish she got from here on Friday. On Sunday March 9th. We decided to take a ride to Denham Springs. When we arrived around 5pm, the drive thru was blocked.They were unloading live crawfish. I was not prepared to get out, but i to go inside. It was hard to find somewhere to park. We got 5lbs of crawfish, 2 orders of sausage ( 2 sausage per order). corn and potatoes. The sausage were tasty but cold and greasy. The corn and potatoes are NOT boiled in the seafood. The corn was hard and not sweet , no flavor .The potatoes had NO flavor, just cold wet potatoes. The crawfish were small but seasoned to perfection. They were so delicious. There is a 4% fee on all credit card purchases. Overall, I will definitely go back for crawfish but not the fixings. Hopefully i can go when everything is hot

I was hungry and drove to Ron’s for boiled crabs. This is my second time here. Not like the past. I was spoiled but not today. Last time I had to wait 15 minutes while they were cooking crabs. Today I picked my order up in 5 minutes. The crabs were juvenile males. Very light in weight and barely 4 in point to point. Taste was very bland and not spicy as the last time .Very disappointed . I am originally from east Coast and crabbed NJ and Maryland for 50 years and Louisiana for 5 years so I know crabs. Other places have way better crabs

Today's boil shrimp did not peel easy, the meat was like chewing rubber. There was a lot of black on them, as if they had been sitting for a long time before boiled. But at least the flavor was good. I should have looked/tried them before I left. Lesson learn..
