Couldn't pass up the $3.14 personal pizzas on Pi day. They were very busy and it took longer than usual to get our order. Wait staff was very engaging and friendly. Once we got our food, it was just not up to the usual high quality standards that Rotolos usually have. By no means was it bad, just not the norm for this place. It seems the crust was a bit off. I've been making my own dough at home and crafting neopolitan style pizzas in my pizza oven, maybe that is the difference. Either way, it was an average meal at an extremely great price.

this specific location has awful service every time. even picking up to go orders the girls are always super snarky and rude, like everything is an inconvenience. haven't gotten my order right one time & i don't want them to remake it because they act so nasty that i'd hate to see what they'd do to your food if they get agitated. 0 stars.

We’ve always loved Rotolo’s Pizzeria. Love their pizzas and ‘Chalmette bread’ especially since we’re from Chalmette! LOL Service and atmosphere is very good. Highly recommend this place and they have multiple locations.

We were guests in town and stopped here based on Yelp reviews. When we entered all the tables in the inside dining area were dirty or occupied. After waiting a few minutes by the door, a waiter saw us and volunteered to clear a table for us. I went to the restroom while that took place. It was clean. When I returned, the table was cleared and my husband was seated with a menu. He'd ordered us drinks. We continued to see staff hustle and bustle, but after 10 minutes we still didn't have drinks. It didn't appear that anyone had a section assigned to serve. I watched 3 different servers go outside to help patrons seated at outside tables. Finally, our sweet teas were delivered to us by a kitchen staffer. At 15 minutes, we still had not had any further acknowledgement from waitstaff. I watched another family come in and seat themselves to be immediately greeted by a waiter and given menus. At this point, I spoke with a lady behind the bar who said she just worked in the kitchen. I left $5 on the table to cover the tea they brought us and we left. We are in this area often visiting relatives, so it was disappointing that we had this experience.
