The gas here is cheaper than the other retailers the problem is the crowd waiting in line is so unorganized that you have to wait more than needed to get to the pump. I have four stars because an employee should assist with traffic instead of sitting inside the little building.

Customer service is a joke at the Denham Springs location. We have a Plus membership, I had an order set for delivery yesterday between 2-3pm and no one showed up. I called this morning(waited on hold for over 15 minutes) and the representative I spoke with was very rude, made no attempt to apologize or show any urgency in the matter. I asked if the driver was a no show then why weren't we called and informed? She stated that was not their policy to do so and she would ATTEMPT to get another delivery driver. Still no concern or customer care what-so-ever, leaving me under the impression we may get the items and we may not, sorry about your luck feel to the entire conversation. Any time we're in-store shopping the atmosphere is no different. No one smiles, I have had employees speak in a very condescending manner when simply asking where an item had been moved to. I give up on Sam's Club altogether.

An update to review left about 15 days ago on Sam's. I've received many emails from corporate making sure they have my right contact numbers because they have asked the manager of the Sam's Denham Springs club to contact me. They have all my correct numbers right but I've not been contacted by this "manager". I will say Sam's corporate has tried to make sure the problem is addressed but the manager of the Sam's Club in Denham Springs is very incompetent. He is either incompetent or doesn't give a rats behind or is "scared" of contacting a member who had a concern. Either way Sam's needs to look at this manager and either give him additional training or find a replacement for him. The "manager" at Sam's Club in Denham Springs is obviously in way over his head and needs help in doing his job. I would rate him at -100.

Tried calling the store to speak to an associate. Let it ring for 10 minutes but no answer. Got extended warranty on a vacuum cleaner but can't ever get anyone to answer their phone. Going to have to drive from another city to handle the problem. Ridiculous.

Purchased a set of tires about a year ago, recently had a road hazard claim (nail in tire). The tire department told me they had to replace and it would be about $28. They ordered it, time to install NEW PRICE $72, I complained. Store manager told me I was being "unprofessional". Results: Tire patch $25 at local tire store. I DESTROYED my sams club card and will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SAMS EVER AGAIN!

Workers are always courteous and helpful. Saw an associate who knew sign language helping a deaf lady. Very impressed. I wish the wait at the gas pumps was shorter though.

I haven't been to Sams Club in many years. I decided the other night to get another membership and it did not disappoint. I got it from Groupon which came with 2 cards for my household for a year plus a free cake and take n bake pizza. Also says I'll get a $10ecard once I complete 3 things, which 2 I've already knocked out. I am so very impressed with the scan n go feature on the app. I didn't have to wait in line, it was truly amazing. I also tried the ship to home when I first got the membership. I found a ton of great deals there the other day. I know the prices at my regular grocery store so it made shipping at Sams even easier to decide what to get there. I also filled up my tank with gas when I left the club and found it so easy to just scan the barcode and pay via phone!

Trashy workers trashy managers. Costco membership bought... And I get more there anyways. Customer service at Sam's is garbage. It's only this location but I'm not traveling further to another location.

This used to be a great location. Recently however their inventory has been awful. Initially I attributed this to there might have been a store reset in progress, however after 2 months of this situation with no visible changes this can't be the case. This morning almost half the aisles were inaccessible. Empty bays everywhere. Dairy products still in the cooler a week or more past their expiration dates. Time to go back to using my Costco membership again.

Ok, so we're at Sam's in Denham Springs at the gas pumps. This store has arrows where you have to pull up in only one direction. People waiting in line because most gas caps are one the drivers side of the vehicle, very few on the opposite side. So all the pumps that you can access from the right side of the vehicle are empty. Don't know who came up with this idea, but it makes no sense.

I had an appointment to have 4 pirelli tires put on my truck at 2:00p.m., Saturday, July 13. There was a $140 discount on Friday and Saturday if one purchased four tires. I live 40 miles north of Baton Rouge so I called to see if I could pay for the tires and have them installed later since Barry was coming, and we had been instructed to stay home. To my disappointment, the only way I could secure the price was to go to the store and pay for them on Friday or Saturday. I have been a loyal Sam's customer and have a Sam's credit card with a zero balance. I do not think this their action was fair.

I come because it's convenient. I am standing here at 8:50, with a business membership. Apparently they have changed to where you have to have a "Plus". Costco is sounding very good right now. Lol I do love the free samples.
