I normally don’t leave reviews for places but I had a rather unpleasant experience tonight with my to-go order. I’ve never had any problems before with this restaurant but tonight I got home and there was a BUG in my food. Right on top and visible. I don’t know if I plan to give Sarita’s another try after this.

Poor management, unorganized, can't make up their mind if/when they will have the buffet even tho their signage says it's open. Called before making the trip there and was told buffet started back up at 5pm. Arrived at 545 and was told only open for lunch. 2nd time this has happened. Won't let them get me again. Will go to El Maquey on Siegen. They know how to run a Mexican buffet.

I really like the mini chimichangas. I've also enjoyed the buffet. But, they really don't know how to make a chili Relleno. Now I have a special problem. I'm stuck at home with a broken leg and need delivery. Sadly, they only use ASAP (WAITR) and their fees are outrageous! I called to see if there were any alternative delivery services, but they said no. So, no mini chimichangas for me.

Me and my girlfriend went here to eat the other day for the first time, it was clean, the food was great and our waitress, who's name was Jessi, was the friendly, accommodating, and polite. We will definitely be returning.

i would like to point out one employee in particular Jessi that just made it her mission to make sure we had a great experience and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s great service like this that makes me keep wanting to come back.

Was a good evening with friends. Our server was most excellent and patient with us. We had several drinks, appetizers, of course our meals, and desert. A couple of us were low carb dieting and wasn’t difficult to find something that would meet our needs while being most delicious.

Just stopped in to get some chicken tortilla soup for my wife after she had surgery. No tortilla strips or cheese in the container. Only bland chicken stock, a few chunks of chicken and half a zucchini. 9 bucks-14 after tip and had to throw it out it was soo bad.

I always eat there we went there on Friday. The entire order was incorrect. No guacamole with the puffy taco. The enchiladas suizas had corn tortillas. It is supposed to have flour tortillas. It says flour on menu and I have had it numerous times. Chips were cold and stale and all food had way too much salt. Used to be my favorite local Mexican. Not now.

Sarita's in Denham my favorite place for dinner with my family. They are always accommodating to us having a large group. The food is always high quality and we are so excited that the buffet is back open.
If you go to Sarita's in Denham you have to ask for Brandon! He's the best server I have had in a long time. The food just as amazing as the service.

It's so crowded. It looks like not enough employees. the buffet is ok, but for 20$ per person, it should have more variety of food.

Went for a late lunch today, and no one was at the hostess stand to see us. So we proceeded to walk towards the bar to find somebody that could help us, and she reluctantly got up to simply tell us to sit anywhere we want. I asked if the buffet was open and she said no it closes at three. Well, it was yet to even be 3 o’clock and I stated that it was not supposed to be closed yet and she just smiled at me and didn’t say a word. I’m truly disappointed with the service and cannot speak to the quality of the food since it was not open and we could not eat.
