Rarely greeted when entering. Most times the employees are in the back or sitting in the chairs meant for customers. Very nonchalant staff. I would never use this smoothie king but unfortunately it’s the only one close to my house.

I always come here on the weekends, awesome staff, consist, quality products, and PERSONAL service! Every Sunday I go there in the AM, Matthew remembers my name (my nickname lol), knows my order pretty much by heart, and recognizes my car when I pull in! That’s the best customer service anyone can ask for!! Overall though, the entire staff that I have encountered are incredible! The strawberry hulk is my fav ❤️, quality smoothies across the board! Definitely give it a pass on your way off the interstate y’all won’t forget it!

Employees claims store is closed at 8:52 PM when the sign says they close at 9:00 PM. Store is completely lit up, employees wearing head sets and even talk to you from inside the store. However refuse to take order and insist they are closed. Horrible attitude and pathetic performance. Long time regular customer. Never again- Usually spend $75/ week amongst my household. Forget that- Enjoy shutting it down early thats the new Smoothie King way.
The absolute slowest smoothie king ive ever been to. I never sit in the drive through for less than 10-15 minutes even when there's only one car in front of me.

We ❤️ this location! They always create our smoothies exactly as we ask and the sweet cashiers give our fur babies little cups of yogurt! The people here are very helpful in offering suggestions and little add-ins that make Smoothie King more than just a place to get a smoothie,they create our favorites!

I drove out of my way to get to this smoothie king (because I had such a terrible experience with the location in hammond!!) so I was already a bit irritated, BUT I was greeted so sweetly from Crystal (I believe) on the intercom. Location looks new and staff very nice even at 6:30am lol

The 2 young men that were there, greeted with enthusiasm and was quick with the order. They had a non stop line coming through and didn't change their attitude and worked together great!
