As a delivery driver I’ve never had this issue when checking into a sonic especially this one. On my app I was instructed to pull into a stall and press the button to ask for the order and I did just that. And THREE times I was met with the same answer “sorry we don’t take orders after this time.” Which is understandable but I was not placing an order I was picking up. The rude part was when the lady hung up every single time before I could get a single word in. Never have I been met with this level of disrespect from a service worker. I have a lot of respect for service workers and the industry itself but never should there be unprompted disrespect coming from their end. I ended up having to cancel the customers order since THE STORE WOULD NOT LET ME PICK IT UP.

Absolute bs. Came through for a quick meal and to get a Route 44 Sweet Tea, got our order, left, and the sweet tea wasn’t sweet. No problem right easy fix. Well, I came back through to get a remake and after waiting 15 minutes someone finally decided to answer the call button and tell me they couldnt do that because they were out of sweet tea. Why was I not told that in the first place? And she wanted to cop an attitude about it. It’s not my problem you’re miserable at your job and don’t wanna be there. Hope management gets it together for night crew.

Groovy fries so hard couldn't eat them. You can tell they've been sitting for a while. Frito Pie, chips stale and hard. Letting it sit for a few thinking the chili will soften them up... now the Fritos are hard and cold. What a waste of time and money

I haven't had sonic since way back when there were people with roller skates delivering your food. But just gotta say the food we ordered was too greasy, and had no taste other than old grease flavor. Smash burger was a let down and the tenders as well. People were great though.

My personal experience with Sonic has always been ok. Today I went to the Denhamsprings location and the service was incredibly quick especially with the promotion going on. I had probably the quickest service today over any food industry before. Good jobs guys 👏🏻

We waited for over 30 minutes to order. Few people there. Most customers left prior to ordering. Someone after us ordered and received it. We only wanted two drinks. Came to walker, more customers, was in and out in a flash.
