So this low score review is for the night shift, idk if a manager isn't on their tail about how they work. But one girl had an earbud hiding in her headband talking to someone on her phone and acting like I didn't notice. The other lady working there couldn't hardly hear and didn't even know the price of a cookie for the guest she was handling. The one with the ear bud needs to get off her dang phone and attend to a customer.... the afternoon shift is amazing in all aspects. A manager needs to come at night and watch them, or get rid of them and close down at 6 pm.

Staff was rude and slow, I got there to pick up an order I expected them to have already started on, just 12 cookies, but no when I get there “ uhhh I gotta make those” then says it’ll be 10-15 minutes. 25 minutes later I’m still waiting

Bread is hard as a rock they are always out of everything and the workers just they stuff of the bread i asked for tuna they gave me chicken teriyaki and they also messed up i asked for ranch and got pikcles how doesnt them two items sound the same

The sign says, "Governor-mandated mask." They figure that blaming it on the jackwagon governor we have releases them from their role in taking away our freedoms. A little history lesson: These so-called mandates are unconstitutional. Our legislature makes laws, not our governor. We walked into the store, and the person who told me to put a mask on wasn't wearing one himself until I walked in. It's funny; they wear masks under their noses, and they're not wearing the right masks, which are N95 masks, so they do little to protect. I purchased my wife a pink sparkly mask that was in no way protective at all (JUST FOR THE KARENS), and that was fine with them. A mosquito could have flown through my wife's mask. LOL. Follow the science, you morons.

Thus particular subway is wonderful the staff are so friendly and patient with your orders but it is a disappointment that the owner won't allow the use of coupons even on the subway app

TaiJon Hurts

I have always liked this Subway and have never had an issue when the old owner was here. Yesterday I decided I wanted subway, I got what I always get, Tuna sub, and ended up with food poisoning due to unfresh products! I am suffering for it today. I will not be eating here again under this new management.
