Employee was very rude about the whole mask situation. Told me that I had to wear one as did my 5 year old and 7 year old or he wouldn't serve us. I explained that I couldn't wear one due to medical reasons and he proceeded to tell me he didn't care. If I didn't have a mask on he would not serve me. I highly recommend going to a different subway.

Red head was super rude and was rude about the mask situation we didn’t mind wearing one but it was the way she said it. Sandwiches sucked just as bad as her attitude??♀️
I have had bad experiences here before but was persuaded "they are better now," and my husband downloaded the phone app. We decided to use the app to place our order and the app worked fine. We each ordered a Seafood Sensation and on mine I cut the onion, added banana peppers, White American cheese and brown mustard. My husband cut the spinach on his. (This is important, by the way.)(I arrived to pick up my order and it was ready. The young woman at the check out pointed to a note taped to one sandwich stating it had mustard. Great! Now I could tell them apart. I was pleased and took the sandwiches home.Okay, then the sandwich with the mustard must be mine and the other one was my husband's. I plated the sandwiches and we sat down to eat.Remember from above what my sandwich was to have? Well, I got NO cheese, NO brown mustard (even though this was the sandwich marked as having mustard) and worst of all, it was sopping wet with added and unwanted mayonnaise. Bleah! I tried to eat it, but couldn't. It went in the trash.My husband's sandwich had mustard which he did not order, plus peppers, onions, and spinach. He went ahead and ate his sandwich. Brave man.Well, that was their second chance for me. Sorry Subway. Lost two customers permanently.
