DO NOT GO HERE!! We ordered through Uber Eats for pickup and it was still an hour wait after they said it was done. On top of that they old man that was there made the order wrong, was rude, and tried to tell me that I couldn't leave with my food till I hit complete on the app after I showed him the order number on my phone.
Do yourself a favor, and don't come here. They are the laziest workers ever. Won't acknowledge you when you're trying to pick up an order. Waited over 30 minutes for the order to be made...and that's after ordering it from home and driving the 20 minutes for pickup. All for some trash food that was haphazardly assembled. As someone who used to work in the fast food industry, it doesn't take that long even on a busy time. Do better.

The new Taco Bell A.I. is so stupid. I will make it my mission to never eat at another taco bell or anywhere that has it. It's lazy. Do your job. How hard is it to work. I mean it makes the day go by. Places like this is why the world is going to hell
Back to add to my review. We have come here at least 2 times and the older Red Head is RUDE!!! SO RUDE AND NASTY FOR NO REASON AT ALL!
She yelled at me because I did not speak to her computer correctly at the drive thru (instead of doing her job and helping me)! Then made me wait even longer for one chalupa just to be mean! Whoever hired this woman needs to realize they're losing customers! I will NEVER EVER be back here!
It's ok, not as good as it has been in past years. There use to be friendly staff.

To Whom It May Concern at Taco Bell,
As a self-proclaimed Taco Bell connoisseur, I’ve held your establishment in the highest regard. My wife and I are dedicated patrons—we’ve spent upwards of $50 on a single visit and enjoyed every bite. Your food has been a staple in our lives, a reliable source of comfort and flavor. But let me tell you, the last couple of visits to your location have been nothing short of a culinary catastrophe.
On the night of January 23rd, at approximately 11:00 PM, we visited your drive-thru. Our order totaled $60, which we gladly paid because we were ready to indulge in the Taco Bell experience we’ve come to love. However, what we received left much to be desired—both in food quality and service.
Let me lay it out for you, bite by bite. The new Steak Cheesy Wrap Burritos? Bellissimo! Absolutely perfect. But that’s where the goodness ended. We ordered four Cheesy Gordita Crunches, two of them supreme, and instead received regular ones. Worse, we were charged for five, not four. The quesadilla? It was as if someone whispered “steak” over the cheese. Three lonely pieces of steak? That’s insulting. And the garlic fries—don’t even get me started. We asked for extra sauce, and guess what? Nada.
When we returned the incorrectly made items, what we got in return was no better. The Gordita Crunches we received were practically a crime against Mexican-inspired cuisine. Look at the photos I’ve attached—what am I supposed to do with that? I paid $60 for this mess. SIXTY DOLLARS!
Here’s the real kicker: your employees didn’t seem to care. Their lackadaisical attitudes and absence of pride in their work showed in every aspect of our visit, from the service to the food. Where’s the passion? Where’s the pride? Your staff is wrapping tacos like they’ve got somewhere better to be.
Taco Bell, you’re breaking my heart here. Who’s going to keep spending $60 to $100 on food when there’s no quality, no care, and no accountability? At this rate, I might as well take my money to a real restaurant where the service is stellar, and the food is worthy of the price.
You need to step up your game. Take some notes from “Off the Hook” or any establishment that takes pride in its offerings. Because right now, you’re delivering disappointment wrapped in a tortilla.
From one loyal customer to what’s starting to feel like a sinking Bell—get it together.
P.S. You’ve got the makings of greatness. Don’t let these taco tragedies ruin it.

I always order a beef chalupa, with cheese and sour cream only. The bread that's used is never ever fresh even though i ask for fresh. The meat is barely warm. Half the time they still fully dress it even though i request only cheese and sour cream.

I love Taco Bell, who doesn’t? But this location is seriously the worst one. I’ve given this chance after chance, reached out to Taco Bell, complained, everything and nothing ever gets better. Food is wrong AND something is missing literally every single solitary time we go there. Just sucks because this one is the most conveniently located but, we finally started going further away for better service.

Employees here are rude and have attitudes. When I asked the girl at the window to repeat my order she only had half of it, then when I asked if she could add it she told me nothing could be added to any order at the window, I then asked for the manager and when I did that she rolled her eyes and blew her breath. The manager who came to the window then told me that things can in fact be added at the window. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEYTIME OVERALL!
